To all of the staff and the vet I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making our beloved little girls transition to her new chapter a peaceful, calm, caring and respectful one.Their understanding and compassion was very touching.Their ability to arrange for Woodland Pet Cemetery to pick our girl up from Macksville Vet and return her ashes truly helped in what was a heartbreaking time.Again, thank you so much for helping our girl and me.Many, many, many thanksMeredith

After a long 12 years we had some trouble with our little dog Obi. We took him in and both Carla and Lizzie took such great care of him. They called twice a day with updates of how he was travelling and the unfortunate news that he had to be put down due to tumors they had found. Lizzie let us take our boy home overnight to give him some last cuddles. When we came in the next day, the girls at the front desk were so sensitive and caring, placing us into the vet room alone with some tissues to give us privacy from the waiting room while we said goodbye. Lizzie was so calm and kind, and ended his life so peacefully. They helped us to organise the cremation too. Every part of this process was made easier with these guys and we are forever grateful. Highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with the care and advice I received for my companion dog, Bonnie. Karen the vet was very caring and helpful and Milly on reception was fantastic. I don't even live here, we were visiting friends, but we were treated with utmost care and professionalism. Thank you. Jo-Ann

The vets kindly helped my mother and step father as they were driving through town with their unwell dog.

Hands down the worst vet practice I've ever experienced. A firm NO from me. My dog suffered an awful end to his life at the hands of these vets. Since then, for my other pets, I changed to Kempsey Vets 45 minutes away who have been kind and professional.
