The Pets Hotel Country Club

We love the Pet's Hotel Country Club's daycare! My dog Barley is so excited every time we pull up outside and cannot wait to play with all the dogs. We have seen massive changes in her behaviour as a result of taking her to Pet's Hotel a few days a week - she's way less reactive to other dogs and will happily snuggle on the couch with us after a long day of play. The girls know her well and we are confident that she is well taken care of when she's there.

Hey. I’m Doof and I absolutely loves The Pets Hotel. Humie brings me and my land cloud pack for doggo day care once a week, sometimes twice if we have enough pocket money. I never, ever want to go home! I run in the second the car stops and hugs my peoples who look after me there. Humie takes us to camp there too when she’s away; sometimes we only stay one night but sometimes we stay for a week. I love the week stays the best. Don’t get me wrong, my Humie is good but going to camp is the best. Daycare comes second best.

Our dog Rex has stayed several times and we've been extremely happy with the service given. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and clearly know how to care for dogs. Rex loves going and we have strongly recommended this business to family and friends. Thanks!!

My little Rex is my sweetheart little rescue. He loves people and wags his tail excitedly at every dog. My first concern when arriving was that I saw some beds were falling apart and pooh was left to just sit there.The lady on arrival seemed fine but was quick on the defensive when I asked her to change the bed for one that was actually a bed Everything at this place costs ...10 minute cuddle...a few happy snaps literally everything has an extra fee. The atmosphere was bored and routine. Didn't see any worker engaging happily with any dog. My first email update was quite good the second one was a short cut and paste and told me nothing The photos were nearly all the same. My social dog I was told was happier on his own....so so wrong. When I went to pick him up the staff could not have been less interested ..no strokes no we will miss you nothing He was there for 4 weeks .. It also took ages for them to go and get him..so who knows where they put him .Do yourself and your fur baby a favour this place is old and tired and they have forgotten or don't care about animals.Maybe they did once. It's all about the money now. Never ever again. Took my dog 3 days to get back to normal

Have kept my dog here for a 10 day stay and 33 day stay. Very easy to book. Staff are very helpful. My dog seems to love this place.

We have been coming here for over 4 years now and can not recommend it highly enough. Daycare is fantastic and it was a lifesaver that it was running over the last 2 years. Being able to go the same place for daycare and kennel stays helps my dog to always be happy to be there. The staff are amazing and show great care.

Everyone is so friendly at The Pets Hotel Country Club. I always feel that my pup (Labrador) is left in great hands and well taken care of; my dog comes home smelling lovely, very happy and tired from all the socialisation and play times! Many thanks to the great team.

I wouldn't leave our two girls (Border Collie and Husky) in anyone else's hands! This place is the best. They had our girls just over a week. They were well fed and looked after. Lots of activities including splash time, cuddles and wash. Really lovely staff. Definitely put us at ease leaving them the longest time we have ever left them. 100% recommend and we will be using them again!

Amazing place to leave your beloved pet. Payment method is easy. Care is fantastic. They even have been helping for fleur to come home by pet taxi that I have arranged. I am unable to collect her from my surgery.

My 2 dogs have been coming here since 2017.I have never had any negative experiences here and find the team extremely welcoming.They let you walk through the facility to see what they are all about. My dogs pull me through the doors every time and sometimes i think they like the girls better than me!
