The Sebel Melbourne Ringwood

Stayed here for 5 weeks while working in Melbourne. Comfortable beds. Great shower pressure. High speed internet was great for streaming. About 2 hour drive to tourist attractions on the weekends. Philip's Island, Lorne, Sovereign Hill, etc. Would stay here again when working in the area.

3 out of 4 breakfasts delivered. Following an apology and a 15 min wait the 4th was delivered. Unfortunately other than the poached eggs everything else was stone cold. Bacon on all 4 meals also under cooked. Mentioned to staff when plates were collected that the late meal was just so bad and apologies were made. Staggered that they still charged for the meal but paid in any case. Will never go back. Awful !!

I stayed here for a few nights for training at boxhill Tafe Lilydale Campus. The accommodation was perfect. Amazing reception staff and housekeeping. They still do room service! Just make sure you have $100 bond on your debit card coz not many hotels charge this amount anymore but it is still reasonable.The bathroom is beautiful the bed was divine. Conveniently located and quiet, even though the train line is just outside. Couldnt have picked a better place. Thank you so much!

Nice place to stay but perhaps not for Christmas since food options are closed around the accommodation. In room dining is available but wasn’t suitable for my family (we don’t eat beef and that made up most of the menu). The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean and pretty!

Friendly staff, the room was absolutely beautiful, very clean, fast wifi, mini bar, loved the bathroom products, overall was a really nice stay with two kids. Will definitely stay again.

It's a good hotel located in Ringwood. I stayed here for about 7 days due to my work. Rooms are very spacious, like an apartment with a big hall, a big bedroom, and a bathroom. There are some groceries like Aldi and coles nearby for your purchases. An Indian restaurant is also located nearby. The disappointed one is their breakfast. They have very, very limited options. We have to order and they deliver to our table. If you order eggs and bread, it will take at least 25 mins. If you keep a toaster and bread loaf accessible to everyone, it will save time. After day 1, I skipped breakfast as it is time-consuming. I used to buy some fruits or bread or museli from outside for my breakfast.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. They did a lot of things right and then a few important things wrong.I booked via their website and it was easy enough. The confirmation email said that the amount had been paid and no credit card surcharge applied.We arrived late at the hotel (about 1am). The door was locked and had a phone number to call. I tried calling twice and no answer. We then tried to doorbell and someone came to let us in.When I checked into the hotel, the staff member had me pay again and charged a surcharge. Plus parking was extra. Plus a $100 bond. I later worked out that I was never charged the first time, despite what the email said. A minor thing, but when I was checking in at 1am and he did not explain any of this, it was very confusing.The room was great - big, two TVs, plenty of appliances and a full size fridge.The only issue is that the hotel across the road from a night club and all we heard until 3am was doof doof". Thankfully

Dont book this place for a function. Issues such as no music for a party because their sound system wasnt working on the night to issues with food. My numerous emails were ignored after the initial email reply said sorry try us again and we will try to do better next time!!
