Called eRc Electrical to install 2 new fans. Ethan and Connor showed up in a timely manner, were self sufficient and installed the fans around our request/specifications, with no issues. Ethan and Connor were great to deal with and very accommodating to questions, as well as providing necessary advice. Great business/company to deal with.

Had ducted aircon fitted, there’s a drip try in the ceiling that was not installed correctly. After a few months the tray had filled and began spilling into my roof causing damage to the plaster, wires hanging in the water and everything . After the water started leaking into my dinning room I opened up the hole to drain water and remove and wet insulation. ERC wouldn’t cover the bill as I removed the damaged plaster only so it wouldn’t fall on my kids head as they said they couldn’t get there for several days.

Connor and Ethan were courteous, friendly and efficient. They installed 2 GPOs for me, one needing to be run through roof space and down a wall cavity. They were quick, thorough and cleaned up after themselves.Very happy with their work.
