Hardest and worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff are so useless they have name tags hanging above the parking places so they know where to leave their car. Impossibly bad customer service. Products out of date. Some products mouldy. Never receive what you order. Useless warehouse and dispatch staff. Reps spend every call apologising. Accounts staff can't figure out if you've paid thousands. How do they exist? Because food service are like banks if your all bad there's nowhere else to go.

Bad follow up, bad customer service, bad delivery. About 2 weeks ago, We didn't receive the stuff, office lady said will call us back before close, obviously I didn't get this call back. Until we call them again(after weekend ), finally they takes few days or a week? To tell us the driver sent to the wrong place.(totally different name different address) They said see what they can do, maybe get back to me. I said up to you, or just cancel it, coz I don't need it. Then? No more follow up but still keep sending us the payment reminder until now, even we mentioned what happened. This is just the second time we ordered from you guys, will never order again! STOP send us the reminder! I don't know what I can do, you guys caused this review

First time using QFB home delivery service. Arrived on time and helpful, courteous driver. Very happy with food quality, value and packaging. This business should be supported as it provides a most valuable service in difficult times. Thank you to the team at QFB from a couple of over 70's who are staying safe at home.

100% wrong every time we got delivery. Sometimes no delivery. Sometimes missing items. Sometimes wrong items.How come it happens when we placed order on their website. Just can not trust this company.This company used to have very good rep and take care of all the small businesses in my area. However the new rep is terrible, not honest, not reliable, and avoid responsibility. She turned off phone and not answering while we need her help for days. Not sure why this business still keep her.If you are the owner and reading this review, I really want to tell you who she is privately. I am the small business owner and I understand how important to know you have good staff to support your business.I hope you do well one day because I know it is hard to run business and we need good supplier.

Difficult! Asked to be contacted by the rep two weeks running now still have heard nothing.They have just changed to a pay on delivery" system that has put their accounts back into the 80's i will be looking for a new beverage supplier in the near future"

From a company that had good service to a company that has no service in a space of 1mnth. You can't even get through on the phone on hold for 27min eventually cut the call as if you ask for a call back that doesn't happen.

Have used QFS for many many years however they have recently been taken over by superior and will now be using a different supplier.Used to have next day delivery but now you have to wait days and days for an order to be delivered. Changed our order from Friday to Monday without letting us know leaving us with no stock over the weekend.Our rep quit (not surprising) and we weren’t told and now have no point of contact.Customer service is almost non existent and have been told multiple times to just use a different supplier by the understandably frustrated staff.DO NOT USE QFS, (Global food and wine are a much better company!)

Have been using these guys for over 7 years and they are always pretty good, I’m usually getting drops off early as I’m always past their run first.Used to have a rep, but all done online now, easy to see stock levels in real time, with next day delivery

If you need to use them work with the rep Gil!!! Amazing amazing amazing. Other wise don’t use them. Accounts rude I forgot that we were the customers and they supplied us the way our business has been treated.
