Got a top two days ago and wanted to get returned because it is not actually suitable. Was told no refund due to hygiene reasons since I have left shop with it. No one have told me that when I made the purchase and I didn’t even try it on in the shop. If you guys actually care about the hygiene you would not have let people try clothes in your shop. You are not telling me now because of hygiene reasons there is no refund. Every single piece you have in shop is allowed to be tried on, so can I assume they all not clean? If anyone said it before I checked out no bother, but no one did. Always like this brand but now it’s not worth.

My girlfriend loves this place but personally I think there's too many mirrors lol. Clothes are nice though

I work in retail myself and it’s not that hard to just be nice. Just finished my shift and came into ur store and got served by a lady who clearly didn’t want to help me before I even got to the counter and then was so rude with really unnecessary comments. I’ve never written a bad review before but this lady really upset me.

customer service is great and the people there are super friendly, love all their clothes, super trendy as well :)

Went there yesterday and the girls were all so lovely and helpful, store was so clean and so well styled

I had a blonde lady today, i did not get her name but i remember she had ‘soap feather brows’ anyways she was so lovely and beautiful, she helped me out massively. Best worker i have ever experienced, made me feel so confident and i loved everything she picked out for me ❤️
