Fabulous staff at the Collingwood store. Very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my 3rd July item I’ve brought. Excellent quality and made in Australia.

Excellent service, unfortunately the store was out of stock of two things I wanted to purchase. I have since purchased them on line. Staff were great.

Great products and service. I finally have a work/weekend backpack I love and not for silly money and I did a lot of looking. The right mix of form and function that’s lacking in many consumer goods these days. Tina at Collins St was amazing too. Just the right balance of letting me do my thing and mooch while offering to help me with any questions and also being pleasant and not just talking about the products. She actually made me laugh which was cool! Made me feel like she cared about what I bought and the process of selecting and buying felt natural and organic, not like in many stores where it’s awkward and artificial. Definitely recommend the products and head to the Collins St store (Tina) for the best service!

Excellent customer service. Great knowledge of all products that I asked about. Happily showed me all of the features on all of the items that I got from the shelf. Extremely engaging, good eye contact, warm demeanour. I'll be back to see her!

Nice design, but on its 2nd ever two week trip to Europe and only 4 months old and the wheels have broken, leaving me with a 3 legged dog to drag around the rest of my trip… not impressed at all… post script July sent me out a new set of wheels and we hope for a better outcome, review updated

Today's trip into July @80 Collins st to return a tote I had purchased for my mother was great, the shop assistant (a young Asian woman) was helpful and friendly and I ended up purchasing 2 sets packing cells online to be delivered to my home address whilst in the store. Contrast this with the woman in the same store 2 days ago on Monday 29th who told me I would have to go to Collingwood to purchase the packing cells and when I mentioned I was concerned the carry on I had purchased (Essential Carry On & Carry On Trunk) would be too big for international flights, she told me it wasn't July's fault I didn't read the description carefully. She was so rude, condescending and borderline aggressive.

Staff in store was fantastic. They have most products on display in Collins St store. Sydney might benefit from more stock on display even displaying a little creatively as store is smaller, so you can see all the colours rather than having to keep bringing out the back.

Outstanding service from this store the staff member went above a beyond to make sure I had everything I was looking for. I first purchased a JULY carry on in 2019, it looks as good now as it did the day I bought it. Extremely high quality luggage that I have definitely put to the test over the years. Today I bought some additional Trunks and accessories. If you need new lugged then you need JULY.

We loved our experience at JULY Bondi Junction today. Awesome - our sales guy was the best and went out of the way to make our experience memorable. We are only ever buying JULY travel gear . Really super happy !!!!!
