Eddie is so friendly and passionate about what he is doing. I would not say it was the best coffee and breakfast I have ever had. However, I could taste the effort he put in to the coffee and food, which was something really precious but rare in this generation. The cafe and Eddie bring me back to the breakfast that my mum made me when I was younger.I love the sitting in the cafe , listening to the radio and people chatting around me, also love looking at the paintings and decorations. 100% recommended and I will definitely come back again.

My kids are always asking me to take them here... Almost every day!:) they love the nuggets and chips. Best cafe around!

Authentic old school cafe diner hidden off the hustle and bustle with best food. Everything made fresh by a friendly owner who treats everyone like a valued friend or family member. Recommend 100 percent.

It's called Eddie's just to avoid any confusion. Owned by an absolute gentleman who still remembers it's their privilege to have customers not the other way around. Forget fancy overpriced hipster venues. Come and have some real food with a cafe that cares about their reputation.

I've been coming here I guess for 10+ years. Eddie is always a warm and welcoming fellow and it's always great to see him, even if a few years have passed since my last visit. Eddie is a master of cooking on a hotplate and I've always enjoyed being able to watch everything being prepared (vegetables being peeled and diced) and cooked. It's very clear Eddie has a very loyal customer base and there's great mutual respect between Eddie and his customers.I go a fair way out of my way to eat here whenever I come to Melbourne. The Vegetarian Farmers breakfast is usually my go-to dish... never fails to disappoint. I suspect I got three eggs and three slices of toast (as per photo) due to my VIP status here.No other place in Melbourne has decor as classic as Twin's Cafe.Well worth a visit. Say hi to Eddie for me.

This guy is very rude I was told he was talking behind my back to my friendhe said to him don't hangar around with me. he said me and my whole family isn't normal when he doesn't know me or my family when my sister has 3 jobs and has a car and my other sister has a job to and go to tafe just because he see my brother who has a disability walking pass with my mumdoesn't mean my whole family has a disability he is judgemental and he make fun of peoples with a disability and when I always walk pass he give me a dirty look just because I went to he shop once and I didn't go back he also call me ugly he should look in the mirror I would give this shop 0 stars if I could

Best bacon and egg toastie on a winters day. Eddie is a gentleman and you feel right at home eating here.

Stumble across this place a few years ago , and Eddie makes the best milkshakes and toasties. We make sure we drive from craigieburn just to come see Eddie. He is such a lovely, genuine man and not many people like him around.We cannot wait to be back again now restrictions have eased.

Eddie's cafe, Twins, is not your average local coffee place. It is old-school in appearance, with quaint seating booths, orange decor and artworks by local artists. Its real charm is all due to the owner, Eddie. A kindly giant of a man, ever respectful and caring, who whips up staggeringly enormous yet inexpensive meals. You could feed a family for under $30 here, and not need dinner afterwards. All the favourites are here - fish and chips, mountainous hambugers, foccacias, frothy milkshakes served the proper way, in a stainless steel cup, and excellent coffee. Eddie makes the best Chai I have ever tasted. People keep coming back, chatting to other diners, making friends, hanging out. It is a community, rather than a cafe. One of the hidden gems of Coburg.
