Never seen pricing like that before. Crazy expensive.

What a disappointing experience today :( I’m a regular fan of salvos, enjoy shopping every weekend and don’t normally get treated like I’m a bother. I had a number of items in my arms, so did my child but being hassled by the volunteer meant I left empty handed. It’s a high end salvos - there’s a lot of beautiful high end fashion being donated. Don’t treat your potential customers like they’re children.

We were a bit put off by some of the other reviews but had a great experience here with excellent customer service from David. He was cheerful and so helpful. Thank you!

Very well stocked, easy to find.Staff friendly and lots of different item.I found a bargain in a childhood puzzle I used to have. Well worth a visit in the op shop list

I attended this store today and after reading some of the reviews I am shocked. I saw a tall lady staff member at the store being very compassionate with a person in need. I was brought to tears. Made me grateful for donating as I knew that my money was been put to good use. Love the Salvos.

The man gave my kid the price 1 $ for special price as we asked him. However, another lady collected all price 1 $ and told us 3 $. She tried to change the price for some items. A bad lady usually try friendly. However, she doesn't want we buy with special price. She tries to collecect all. My kid is very sad. I don't know why she want to volunteer at the shop.

Went to Salvos against my better judgement to drop off donations because Lifeline was closed. I would have been better leaving my items on the curb at Lifeline because the woman taking my donations snatched them out of my hands, refused to give me my bag back that I was not donating, inspected everything I gave them and then proceeded to tell me that they were 'no good'. When I told this lady that the item that was 'no good' was designed to be as it was (a speckled dress) she told me It was still no good. I asked her to give them back to me so I could take them to Lifeline and she refused. There are better charities out there to donate to such as Lifeline, I would avoid donating to or shopping at Salvos as they overprice their items also and are consistently unpleasant to deal with.

Usually like this store but turned off today by the older man who was quite rude. He was tagging some new items and I picked up an item wanting to purchase it and asked him how much which he responded dunno haven't got there yet"

Amazing place to find whatever you need a very reasonable price. I am so grateful for these kind of shops.
