I got my car through car start a week and a half ago. It broke down within 24 hours of having it. And now a week after having it from the mechanics. I'm broken down on the side of the road again. And I can't get in contact with them because I don't have any emergency 24/7 number. I can't leave my car because I have all my tools in it. So they've left me stuffed.

I found Carstart really quick to act when I found the Vehicle I wanted. Living in the Goldfields and working long hours, to find time off to do a quick trip to Perth to pick the Ute up was really tight. Had 2 days to sort out the agreements go to Perth 6hr drive pick up the Vehicle and get back ready for our next shift. Carstart came to party and made things happen ,So I was driving my Ute back Sunday morning. Thankyou Carstart for a stress free experience.

It dragged out over Australia 4weeks, and they asked for this like the seller of vehicle to take a selfie with his vehicle, they couldn't verify my identification so I had to seek time off work to get my IDs verified, then they sent paperwork through to the broker and I filled out then I had to fill out same paperwork off them as did seller. Was a bit of stuff around, finally the money was approved over 4weeks in. OM satisfied now, but the whole structure has to change for others it was terrible process for all involved.I even got the loan repayment form with what day the first payment would come out and I hadn't even received to loan money at this point.Josh thomas.

Battery died within first 2 weeks of buying car, now $2000 worth of damage to the engine and the only way I get a response is if Im giving them money. Absolute joke of a company, would not recommend.

Had dramas on my end of getting paperwork completed. Casterton took the time to help me get through the process. Will definitely use them again, and highly recommend their services.
