Fixed my broken window for me at 4pm on a Friday with out a hesitation , i had called a few places looking for help and everywhere was quick to send me away being so late on a Friday afternoon. We were in cairns on holiday and our hotel parking was street only, I wouldn’t have been able to lock my car for the weekend if they hadn’t helped me . They said to bring my car in on the spot to have a look ( which I was simply greatfull for the kindness )and they were able to get my window up and secure it so I could lock my car within the hour .So great-full for the customer service offered and overall effort these men went to tohelp me .

The english guy that looked after me was very professional and very informative. Very thorough service and detailed break down of what was done. They even put plastic down on front seat and floor to keep the car clean.However, they really should have called me before commencing on the 180,000km book service. I wasn't aware what a book service was. So to anyone that doesn't know. A book service is a very thorough service where they do everything by what is outlined in the service book REGARDLESS if it needs changing/fixing or not.I was told if the car is out of warranty, that most people don't go by the book because it's not really needed.Otherwise would have been 5 stars from me.
