Every time my deliveries come through startrack (my deliveries go through chullora depot) the driver never knocks on the door and just leaves a card in the mail.My house currently has 2 people here and somehow 'nobody was home'. Management clearly has no idea what the drivers are doing and the drivers themselves are useless. Absolute joke.

I would also give this business 0 stars if there was an option. they are liars - they never even attempted the delivery and updated it as unsuccessful while I was at home the whole time and I was waiting for my item to be delivered. If I could I would report this business to ASIC or whoever is responsible to regulate this industry.

Terrible delivery every time, drivers didn’t even try, simply mark the delivery as unsuccessful why I was home the whole time. I wish the businesses will not use StarTrack for any delivery. It creates a very bad customer experience for any business

Missed a delivery as the driver did not attempt to contact me or ring my door bell(yes I was home). I went to the office to pick it up personally but apparently the public cannot pick up parcels directly. Tried to organise a redelivery online but the screen would not allow me to continue my request. Called StarTrack was on hold for 40 minutes where I was then informed that my delivery is being sent back to the sender.

Order 2 remote door clones, they took ages to get here and on following instruction they don't work no customer service number to ring just a p o box buyer be ware.

Friendly staff, the person I dealt with went above and beyond to locate my packages and help me to the car with them as they were heavy. Extremely friendly and helpful service

If I can put no star I would do it. I really hate this delivery and have no idea why business work with it. They they lie about shipping. The parcel is in transit, you were not at home, we left the ticket, then again the parcel is in transit. and so for several days in a row. as a result, I spoke with their support service (the only ones who deserved a star), they reissued the delivery to the office for me. I receive SMS - the package has been delivered. I come to pick up, they tell me again that the package is in transit. On the site, the parcel is no longer tracked

They don't call and they say they attempt the delivery and i missed it. They send the delivery back to the sender.
