Food was good, didn’t have to wait too long and gorgeous views. Pleasant staff too. That app though, where you can order from where you’re sitting and pay online, was painful. It took my cousin almost 20 minutes to complete her order on the app and when you order a meal you can only add sides but you can’t cater to what you eat. For example if you order a big breakfast and you’re allergic to tomato, you can’t order without the tomato. That’s what happened with my partner’s meal and he had to order in person. No big deal but just letting you know.

The food was incredible and the service was even better!The staff was extremely kind and the food and coffee was amazing! I would definitely recommend this cafe.

Great Cafe with amazing views of the surf.Food good and very tasty, bread a bit rock like but other than that the foods really good.Coffee is also very good.

We had breakfast here today and about 3 weeks ago, was sooo good. Generous serves, perfectly cooked eggs, great flavours. Awesome coffee and you cannot get a better view anywhere on the Coast.

Great spot.This place does not pretend to be anything more than it is.And what it is, is a great cafe, serving good food in a wonderful location.We reserved a table to be sure we could dine there after an hour and forty drive from N/West Sydney.The table was waiting, on the main deck, menus were given within a minute of sitting down, we ordered drinks which arrived minutes later, when we ordered our food.The cafe was packed, and the staffed seemed well drilled. Our meals arrived in about 30 minutes or so, well cooked and delicious. I thought for a packed restaurant, 30 minutes was pretty good.We spent 90 minutes at the table, talking and looking at the beach. What a great lunch.Yes it is more expensive than some other places with similar food, but I guess the overheads in that premium location need to be paid for, and I'll be back for more, because it is one of the best casual cafes I've been to, and with its location, it's hard to go past.Coffee is pretty good too.

A great cafe right on Avoca Beach. Makes a great cup coffee and has a great menu. I suggest the Eggs Benedict. The staff are very friendly and professional. The food comes out quickly. The views of beach are great. It is reasonably priced.

We stop here on our morning walks. They make the best ice lattes! Oh and I wish I took a photo of their fruit loaf toast! It has almonds in it! Delicious.

This is no good. Previously I've enjoyed coffee here. Yesterday - NOT a public holiday - I ordered two double shot coffees. The sample cups on the counter had $5 written on it. When they arrived I was charged $11.50. Uh? I thought is this a public holiday and surcharge, nope. So I checked pointing to the cup and saying aren't they $5 each? Oh, I was told, the prices have gone up! I should have walked away but didn't, I gorked up the money. But not again.

Dined at Avoca Sands Cafe last week for lunch and was impressed by the courteous and helpful staff and the fantastic food. I sampled the Calamari & Prawn Salad with Sweet Potato Chips - and my companion had the Quesadilla. All was delicious and served with a surprisingly good, fresh salad. Will definitely be returning with others now that I've sampled the menu and I found pricing quite reasonable and the sheltered view over the beach was great. Many thanks for the highlight of my day. *Highly recommended.
