We had the pleasure of dealing with the Hartbuild team to install our PVC front fence & could not be happier with the service we received. Ben & Rachel were lovely to deal with, however I have to say that Dave who came out to measure up & both the guys Alex & Wil who installed the fence were three of the loveliest young guys I have ever dealt with! All three of them were so friendly & polite & certainly give the Hartbuild team an excellent name. They did an amazing job & we absolutely love our new front fence! If you want ‘Wow’ factor, this is your pick of fences. Stunning product, doesn’t warp or rot like timber, no maintenance - looks sharp and high end. Hartbuild were very professional to deal with and went to great lengths to customise their product for our applications and the overall finished product was sensational! This has been quite a long process which is all due to me. Clay on the other hand was extremely quick in all his responses. When we finally made the decision to proceed, the time frame quoted was about what I had expected. It was not so. I think it took from Friday to Tuesday the following week to be onsite to check everything. I had apparently overstated the length a little so was told the price would be reduced. It was. I wouldn’t have know the difference. The next day, all the material was delivered and the next day it was all erected. What service. Everyone from the company I have dealt with have the most present and helpful you could ever hope for. My wife and I have built a couple of homes and renovated several others. The team at Hartbuild were all very helpful and answered my queries and concerns promptly. My fence & gates were an assisted build. ‘How to Install’ videos, Clay filmed onsite, were useful to refer to. I would recommend them if you are installing a PVC fence. It looks fabulous!

Excellent business that exceeded my expectations at every touchpoint.We had a PVC fence installed by another group. The workmanship was poor and the fence was always needing rectification. Unfortunately our trust with the group dissolved to a point that we needed to engage with another business at further cost to ensure the job was done right for our peace of mind.I genuinely couldn't have been more impressed with Hartbuild. My initial enquiry was returned within minutes and the fence was assessed next business day. Required repairs were then undertaken the following day and we now have a PVC fence we're happy with and no longer need to worry about. The workmanship was on point and the cost was far below what we'd expected. Manager of the business is good and knows what he's doing.Need a PVC fence install or something similar?
