This is the second computer that I have had that has been worked on by Sol technology and the customer service I have had every time has been the excellent and hassle free. Daniel has extensive knowledge with the issues put in front of him. my most recent computer had some motherboard incompatiblity issues, Daniel was quick to identify and able to give me plenty of options to choose from to rectify the issue. The pricing was extremely fair for the amount of effort that went into diagnosing and repairing. I will be coming back in the future, highly recommend. 10/10.

Dan and Andrew were incredibly helpful whilst troubleshooting my desktop hardware issue. This also includes two trips to Umart on my behalf to initiate the warranty process with my supplier.Dan and Andrew were determined to fix this issue, which includes several days of stress testing each component whilst using their own resources to validate the problem.Highly recommend the team at Sol Technology for all technical support.
