Woolworths Bakewell

5 Stars just because it's my local and the constant abuse and thieving that the staff endure daily from the humbugging special venerable skinny-legged people who don't need to work because they don't pay for anything. I love paying extra for groceries because of theft; loss prevention doesn't exist because you're not allowed to stop them from stealing because if you do, you're a racist.

Clean and plenty of space. Much better than the Woolworths in Darwin

Woolworths customer service now dropping as low as the quality of the food at this store.The cashier was rude and arrogant, and has no clue how to pack groceries. Heavy items don't go on top of meat or eggs and I actually need to be able to pick the bag up. Everytime we corrected her she was throwing filthy looks at us and packing worse and worse with every item.The staff need to be better trained!Will be shopping elsewhere from now on

Today, not the best experience. Does woollies still train their staff in packing bags? The person packing ours saw fit to put heavy items on easily squashed items. I asked if the icecream could go in the cold bag which got me a rude look and the packing got worse. First time in my life I will switch to Coles for groceries. Woolies is over rated and not fresh or quality any more. The delivery service swaps item even when I don't want things swapped. Very sad and disgusted customer.

Disgusting customer service. I wish I had the option for 0 starts. Open more registers you have enough staff walking around doing nothing apart from giving dirty looks. Horrible place to shop, avoid at all costs.

Customer service is absolutely horrendous!Need better people working who know what they’re doing, or just train your staff better.

It's a great store, easy to get around, stock's great range and great customer service.

Bakewell Woolworth front end supervisor of Saturday 12 March approximately at9:30 pm was very rude lady. I bought a biscuit packet for my 5 year old daughter. And it was $3 something in aisle with whole bunch. Not just one item there. And when I Went self-service to scan that biscuit, it shows me $10 something. That was their staff’s fault who has put it in wrong way. But, the supervisor said we can’t give you on this labeled price because a team member has put it wrong. Also, she said ‘you should know this’ with very aggressive voice. As a customer it was my insult. Also, one of the night team member who was feeling there told me that I can take it as per the labeled price as it’s their mistake. But, front end supervisor should behave calmly with customers and should clear their confusions and issues. She can’t do any comments on me like that. That their team member’s mistake who put it wrong. Very bad lady. I suggest everyone don’t go there for shopping if you face any this kind of behaviour with you or your family. I like Woolworhs services but I didn’t like that lady supervisor’s behaviour of front end.

Some staff are extremely rude and disrespectful and should not be in retail. We do 98% of our shopping at Coles they treat you way better.
