Best Friends Pets Cranbourne

I am beyond disappointed with their live cricket range. At least 98% of them are already dead so all up you’ll be lucky to receive maybe 5 live ones if your lucky. Another customer even commented about how their live cricket range is always half dead! What an absolute rip off! Throughly disappointed!

This best friends branch is one of the smaller ones, but it still has a majority of stock in to keep your pets needs met. My only criticism being that the staff could be more personable but I understand retail can be a hostile environment and can be difficult for workers.

Took my two dogs into a competitor to get them fitted for harnesses and left as they were not interested in helping, came into bestfriends next with the boys and the team couldn’t have been more friendly and happy to help. It was an extremely busy Saturday and they still took the time to help find suitable harnesses and get them fitted properly to ensure the pups were walking out all ready to go

so so happy. Had a young lady take the time to explain about my very fussy eater. She showed empathy. gave me samples instead of trying to sell me product my dog wasn't going to potentially eat like other stores always do. She took the time to explain textures, smells, nutrients, size. i felt i was in a class it was fantastic. did my doggie eat it. Did she what !!! gobbled it down. This girl was perfect. I came down the next day and i wish she was there because i bought heaps and i wanted to give her a hug!!!. My Vets happy and so is my breeder now because her fussy eater will be trying it this weekend so hopefully another customer. So please note. Explaining and giving me samples and your empathy restored my faith in pet stores well in yours i mean. i will only shop at best friends from now on.

Staff were friendly, and we got a new bed, collar and tag for our new pup. All around happy experience.

I’m so glad we have this pet store/vet/groomers in the neighbourhood, because it has been great to take my gorgeous whippet Enzo there and let them take care of him. I had been using the groomers for his nails, but after I discovered Complete pet care I can take him all year long and get them cut with the nurses at the vet clinic.My lovely Enzo had to have a hemangiosarcoma removed last November (2021) and everything went smoothly after that, my dog is very timid and so it breaks my heart leaving him anywhere, but I know it’s on safe hands there.I wanted to make sure that the lovely nurse Kira received some feedback; because as I mentioned my Enzo is very timid, but she is so friendly and loving towards him, he behaves great with her letting her cut his nails (mani-pedi hehe) Thank you Kira for being so lovely! Enzo and I appreciate it so much!

Excellent knowledge and advice given re food options for my 16/12 Spoodle. The staff member clearly knew their stuff and was delightful to boot!

I knew what I wanted and was able to walk in, grab what I needed and head for the checkout without any drama. Going through the checkout the team member was very polite and efficient, obtaining my membership details very quickly with no fuss. An excellent experience. Thank you.
