Kasia and her team have been nothing short of amazing in the support and care they have provided to me whilst in clinic. Kasia treated my fungal nails in the lead up to my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the results; I have my confidence back! Kasia is warm, professional and I would recommend her for all your podiatry needs!

Kasia has been looking after my feet for three years. Whether it’s because I have a particular issue and require treatment or just general foot care, I’ve been extremely happy with her treatment and the successful outcome she achieves. She’s very professional and knowledgeable as well as a lovely person. Christine at reception is also very personable and helpful. The clinic is super clean and I am never kept waiting. I would definitely recommend GC Foot Clinic.

If I could give zero stars I would. Initial consult ok, but started cold laser treatment without discussing costs or full plan disclosure. Additional products added to bill without asking . Very pushy receptionist booked all future appointments without asking & then I got annoying ongoing confirmation texts. 2nd appt ran half hour late. No apology, but wanted payment up front so she could go home. Several days later, got call to say their laser machine was broken & they had to cancel all future appointments. For treatment to work, I needed weekly laser, otherwise the two treatments I had already were useless & the $375 spent was wasted. No apology, no offer of alternative option(s) or any compensation. It’s all about money with a care factor zero for the patient. When pressed, She did suggest I phone other podiatrists. Sure, but they all want a new initial consult fee etc. VERY disappointed with the lack of care for the patient and wasting my money. Would not recommend this practice to any one.

If I could give Zero stars, I would.I went to the clinic and paid an absolute premium for treatment using their laser machine. Every treatment cost a whopping $160! I require a minimum of four treatments - but up to 8 treatments.I get the impression that everyone gets eight (or more) treatments.Well, the machine broke.Obviously not my problem but clearly affects my treatment.According to the aggressive receptionist, the machine was going to be broken for an unknown amount of time.No one from the clinic ever bothered to call me and tell me that the machine had been fixed!Instead they booked me in on a date that they thought the machine might be fixed by?But…I was told that time was of the essence with this treatment? If you can’t treat me then all prior treatments have been worthless???The receptionist at the clinic is a very aggressive mature lady - and she is the reason I will never go back to this clinic to be ripped off by them for a service they couldn’t even provide.Get this. If I don’t get regular treatment by their laser, they told me that the treatment would be ineffective.So, by their logic, they stole $320 from me and won’t even be courteous!Sadly, they think the receptionist is gods gift to medical assistance. She is not. She was mean and rude to me and I have a right to be upset.Do not go here.

To treat an ingrown toe nail you charged me more than $500.I was told it required “surgery” and would take an hour. It took 15 minutes and could have been done by a GP for free. I felt ripped off and exploited. Needless to say I will not be coming back for the $78 fee to change my bandage. I won’t be back

Kasia and the family have been looking after my feet for 3-4 years. I had some pretty horrendous hoofs (toe nails mostly) and they made me feel comfortable about showing my feet again. It was years since I wore open toed shoes and it was actually unreal how much it improved my life. Don't be shy folks, get an appointment, and get in there ! Happy to recommend Gold Coast Foot Clinic and the team.

I have been seeing Kasia for the past year as I had some pretty bad nail fungus on all but two nails (years of ignoring and neglect!). Kasia treated me on numerous occasions and I am now free of that unpleasant and unsightly condition. I'm almost disappointed that my treatment is finished because Kasia is an absolute delight to be with. She is ultra friendly, has a great sense of humour and makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. Her skill and knowledge and level of expertise is second to none. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone having any foot-related issues.

11 out of 10 - I can't recommend the Gold Coast Foot Clinic enough. From the moment I walked in the door I was was greeted with warm, welcoming customer service from Christine the lovely and incredibly efficient receptionist. My podiatrist, Kasia is also fantastic, and with her warm manner and professional experience, she has been helping me immensley with my feet problems. If you want 100% professional service - this is your foot clinic- hands down - best on the Gold Coast!
