When my PC died we phoned Tim and were able to take it to him straight away. While we were there he ran various tests to work out what was wrong. When there was no other solution but to get a new one, Tim did all the work in getting the PC, setting it up and was able to re-install or install nearly all the programs and data we had on the old one at a very reasonable cost and within a few days. We were very pleased with the service Tim provided.

Tim has been looking after my computer problems for over 5 years.These problems have included several computer malfunctions plus transferring all my data from the old to a new Laptop whenever I have upgraded.Tim has also guided me by explaining the various options to consider when I’ve been looking to buy new hardware.I have found Tim goes the extra mile when setting up my new computers to help me adjust to the new systems more easily.I have also found Tim to be very honest and trustworthy plus found his rates and charges to be very competitive.John Boondall

Lovely gentleman, I really appreciate people being straight up about repairs. He saved me a lot of time and money. He kindly advised me of what type of laptop to look for in my limited price range and gave me some handy pointers, which is a real life saver as laptop shopping can be very stressful!Best person to take your computer to!
