I went to this salon in June and I am writing this review now, as I've had the worst haircut of my life. I was hoping that my hair would recover from the harcut and kind of grow out of it but no, I looked like a plugged chicken when so left the salon and still look like one. The hairdresser proudly told me about how she loves the 70s abd 80s hairstyles - and I could tell, as this is basically what type of haircut I was given. Definitely not suitable for a young woman like me. She happily thinned out my hair with a rasoir blade and destroyed my hair by doing so. If you get a haircut here stick to the boys, apparently they are amazing hairdressers.

Have been to many hair stylists in Adelaide, and Martin by far is the best of the best. Brilliant at colour and cutting. I just let him do what he wants with my hair and he nails it every time.

I've been going to MABE for years now, had my hair done by a variety of stylists there, and every time I've had a great experience! Everyone is friendly and the doggies are so cute :) My hair always turns out amazing whether I'm going lighter or darker <3

Nothing to fault. Professional stylists, beautiful decor and awesome dogs! Truly a business that is on their game in all areas both MABE and MB Groomed.

I’m very disappointed to write that my girlfriend had quite a dissatisfying experience at this hair salon today. She went in for hair colouring and styling. She was 10 minutes late to her appointment but called ahead to let the salon know and over the phone they were glad we let them know. She good a good haircut, colour and style.Her hair stylist however was rude firstly for being late and continued to be unfriendly throughout the course of their interaction. He was then also reprimanding when she needed to goto the toilet during her session.In a customer service industry I think it’s important to not lose sight not only of giving a great product but to ensure a great customer experience which I think this salon was unable to do so today.I have been a customer of MB grooming and get my haircuts from Chris and Tania across the road who have always been exceptional and so I referred her to this salon. I won’t be referring anyone else unfortunately.

Wife loves it here and the team. She was referred here by her hairdresser in Sydney so I guess I have to drive across town each time as she will try no other hairdresser. Yep, they must be that good

What a fabulous spot! Not only to be greeted by Gloria, one of the chihuahuas, but for Daniella for making me look fabulous in a stylish new cut. I'm new in town with tons of choice for stylists, it's not maybe, it's definitely MABEHair to make you feel a special kinda glow. You'll not feel backstage pressure but catwalk ready at this spot with wonderful people. Thank you!

Great service, great job had a great time always super friendly. Also have the best hot chocolates! Which is pretty cool when getting your hair done.

My favourite salon and hairdressers in Australia. All their staff are exceptionally skilled whether you just want a cut or you want a full hair makeover, they know what they're doing. To add a cherry on top, they have the most delicious biscuits with their coffee and tea, and the cutest little sausage dogs to pat. I love this salon so much, and can highly recommend the whole team (especially Molly). xo
