I cannot thank and recommend Souzy's Alternations enough! I needed my lace wedding dress altered 2-3 weeks before my wedding! Souzy was extremely accomodating, professional and knowledgable - I knew my dress was in great hands and it was! She did an incredible job and knew exactly what I wanted and what needed to be done! Rest assured if you need a wedding dress or any other alterations done, Souzy's is 100% the place to go!

This woman is incredibly kind and talented. I was so happy with the wonderful job that she did altering my wedding dress. I was quite nervous as the dress did not fit, after taking it to souzy she was able to work her magic ensuring the detail was kept perfect. I would highly recommend souzy for alterations that you may be scared to take anywhere else.10/10.

I purchased a second hand dress that needed substantial altering around my bust and did not have a bustle. I am so glad I found Souzy's site and made an appointment with her! The corset back is beyond stunning and looks like it was made with the dress. The bustle is beautiful and gives me the ability to dance more freely in it. Lastly the veil that Souzy made is so soft, light, and ethereal, I am so glad I didn't buy one off the rack as her material and comb are far superior. Thankyou so much for the wonderful service Souzy, I will be back if I ever need anything in future!

Souzy was absolutely amazing. She was realistic and upfront with my expectations from the start on what we could achieve with my wedding dress and her capacity having regard to staffing shortages (and the fact that my dress was about 3 sizes too big due to the dress shop giving incorrect advice on sizing and me dropping a dress size). My parents were interstate and she therefore also stepped in and helped me make decision on how the dress would best suit me and what changes is should and shouldn’t make. My dress fit like a glove and to this day myself, my family and in-laws don’t know how she made it fit and look so perfect. I would highly recommend Souzy for any wedding dress alterations and would use her again in a heart beat.

Souzy is a miracle worker!! She took my already gorgeous wedding dress and made it into an even more gorgeous dress that is going to make me feel like a princess. Souzy is incredibly passionate and professional. She altered my formal dress and did an amazing job at such a reasonable price! Had my dress completely hemmed, the back changed from a zip to lace up and the straps taken up. I took me longer to find the dress and shoes than it did for Souzy to alter it! If I could give her more stars I would; super friendly and a great seamstress!

Very very happy with the quality of work by Souzy. She had a fair bit of work altering my wedding dress, due to the design and when I picked it up,it fit absolutely perfectly. Exactly what you need especially when your dress is not cheap! 100% recommend!

If you are a woman with an above average bust, DON'T BOTHER VISITING THIS BUSINESS.Souzy made me feel uncomfortable as soon as I walked through her doors. She is the type of person that looks down at you and makes you feel like your business is a chore.I was originally recommended to Souzy by Grace Loves Lace, my wedding dress manufacturer. My dress had already been customised to fit however I needed a bust lift as I am an E cup. Souzy saw my dress, pulled out a tiny cup which she placed on my chest and told me that was the best she could do. I was quite disappointed of course, and all she could say was I don't know why they sell dresses like these to girls of your size". At this point I was on the verge of tears

Souzy provides a great service, she is extremely professional and experienced . She was able alter my beautiful wedding dress and also managed to add a beautiful lace at the back.
