Absolutely disgusted with the service and help of this pool shop. We put our trust in them to provide us with the correct products for our pool, we showed them photos of the part we needed and they provided us ($400 later) with the part and told us it would work. Only to be told by another pool guy that poolwerx butler had sold us the wrong chlorinator for our system. After calling and explaining that it is the wrong cell and could we please swap it for the correct one they replied with a no, and you are not getting your money back (as well as hanging up the phone!) We have since then been informed this is not the first time they have supplied the wrong product! Definitely do not have the knowledge for supplying the correct equipment.

To follow on from the comment below and the misconception you just posted I did not bring the cell in for matching, I showed you both chlorinators you stated that it would work for both fine, you just have to retro fit it to the other chlorinator (which you explain how to do over the phone) so after a few days of conversation I bought the cell and the leads off you for $400 plus you reassured me it will be fine. Yes 6 months went by my pool continued to go green every week so I called a guy out to do a diagnostic on the pool he told me it was the wrong cell and it can't be retrofitted not only does it damage the cell but it damages the chlorinator aswell. He also stated that you have done this to multiple people in the past. I erg anyone that reads this not to go to this store as he has no idea what he is doing and if he does sell you the wrong product, he will not take blame for his mistake and you will be spoke to arrogantly with no reimbursement.

Sam has been amazing helping me sort issues I was having with my pool due to previously using an incompetent pool service company. My pool is now sorted and working well. The customer service was incredible. I highly recommend this company :)

Inept service, never met anyone who doesn't understand his customers needs. Arrogant man who looks like he's winging it. Didn't even test our water at all as it was tested last week, and threw it in the sink out back without testing it, leaving my husband stunned as this is the reason he went. We've been back 3 times because our pool was green and didn't get any resolve sorting this issue out. Pool is still green. Man in shop had information on pool and told me to put 5 bags of salt in, but my pool only needs max 3 bags of salt from OEM recommendation at install. Installer only put 2 bags in as it's a mineral system. We won't be going back here ever again as it appears they don't really care much about meeting their customers needs.

Had a great conversation with Thomas regarding pool cleaners, decalcification and general pool maintenenance. Super patient, no sales pressure and great prices. Highly recommend this store.

I have dealt with a number of pool care outlets in the area since i installed a fibreglass pool 18yrs ago. I have to say that Poolwerk is the ONLY outfit that has dealt fairly with getting my pool back to rights again and has charged fairly. Thomas, Shane and Jamie have been friendly, efficient and have helped with all my enquires (and i had a few!) every time. Thanks guys!
