A quick update..we have our keys! Have updated the pictures! Love our new forever home. Thanks Sam, Kim, Gerry, Kylie.It's a few monts now and Covid is a b*#!ch, yet Austec is on top of it. House is coming along an envy of the neighborhood. Everybody is asking when we are moving back and when they can see the inside. Have added pictures of current status.We are on our journey building our first home. Austec..Sam, Kim & Kylie have been a gem to work with. Great recommendations from Sam to make modifications to Bayview to suit our sloping narrow block. Just completed colour selection for house, kitchen and tiles. Looking forward to the build stage ... NSW going through a once in 50yrs super wet event!

We have used Austec Homes twice to build our homes and each time we have been extremely pleased with the quality, customer service and professionalism of the Austec Homes team. I would not hesitate to use Austec Homes in the future and promote their services to others.

Sam and his staff have been respectful and professional from beginning to end of building. Not only did Austec provide us with a MUCH cheaper build than any other builder we could find but they also managed to do extensive research on our block of land which gave us a bigger home than we expected (many other builders told us a house this size wouldn’t fit!). Unlike we have experienced before, Austec took extra special care with everything and the communication was outstanding (especially with site supervisor who was always available to answer any questions). If there was any issues at all we had a direct channel of communication to anyone we needed and this made the build feel like a home and not just another building. We thank Sam and his staff for going above and beyond during this time and we have absolutely no hesitations in recommending him for your future home.

He is very transparent with pricing and that made me choose Austec. It’s not like other shifty builder which try to fool customers to make money. I'm writing this review as a broker rather than a client.A client of mine and a very close friend has used Austec to build 2 homes over the last year or so and I have to say they've been amazing. I see all sorts of results with builders being in my position (I deal with about 10 new builds + per year) and I can say it's extremely rare to find good value, good service and good quality all under one roof. Austec have helped my clients in so many ways I can't begin to explain in a short review. For this reason I do recommend them above all others. They worked with the client and myself as their broker, to achieve an outcome that would have otherwise been impossible, by having a human element to their considerations and being happy to go above and beyond in a way no other builder would do. In short, we would have been up the creek without a paddle if it weren't for the Austec team so for anyone looking to build, these are your people!

Thanks to Sam and his team for building us a quality home and grannyflat. A fair and hard-working company who are considerate of their clients. The final build looks fantastic. Nothing was too much for Austec to build and they were very flexible with their designs. Our supervisor Daniel paid great attention to detail and worked hard to get the highest quality finish with some great trades. Also thanks to the office staff who attended to all our contact in such a courteous and thoughtful manner. We would build with Austec again.

We are currently building with Austec Homes. This review is based on pre-construction and building experience thus far. We are approaching lock up stage as of witting this.We went with Austec Homes over other builders we approached for a few reasons. From the day we met Sam inside the display home, he hand picked a house that suited our requirements and lot size out of dozens of designs, answer any and all question that we had regarding pre-build & design and worked with us to get a price to provide to the bank all with a very professional nature and made us feel very confident to move forward with the purchase of our land. Most builders we approached didn’t show as much enthusiasm and interest in a couple who didn’t even own the land yet.Sam let us change up their design to suite our requirements, we added a few extra features and were very happy with pricing on variations/additions/extras we requested. Selection of colours and finishes was a breeze and well executed providing us with a folder to look at over a number of weeks before locking in final selections.During the building period was easy for us, as Austec commenced building very soon after paperwork was finalised and we where amazed at the progress and speed at which our house was being built. Anytime we received photos from our neighbours with progress shots, we noticed how clean, neat and tidy the site had been left. It really has been a stress free build so far.I hope this review will give the next home owner the confidence and re-assurance to choose Austec Homes for their next build. We will leave a follow up review once we are move in and see the finishes.We went with the Berkeley Option 15 Two story, 4 bedder.

We are still under construction phase, but so far very pleased with our experiences with Austec Homes. From first contact, Austec have been very responsive to our needs. From Sam the builder, to Marcel the design, Kim and Kylie in the communications and colour selection, to Gerry our site supervisor, everyone has been absolutely fantastic. We have been consulted on everything. We are so looking forward to the completion of our new home.

We have just moved into our new forever home built by Austec Homes. A very big Thankyou to Sam, Daniel (the building supervisor), Kylie & Kim. They worked hard to overcome all the obstacles outside of their control to deliver our house built in the timeframe they promised. Our house is the very first to be completed in our new subdivision, built in record time. We are thrilled with the good quality finish even though it is a small house and several tradies, doing work in our house, have remarked that it’s obvious that Austec does not cut corners but delivers a professionally finished product. We love the light and spacious feel to our small home, providing everything we need for our retirement years. Austec staff communicated with us well and always replied to our queries. We can highly recommend Austec Homes for delivering what they promised, treating us with respect as individuals, rather than just a number and so showing that they cared. Thank you again Austec for providing us with a lovely home.

Can't say enough about what Sam, Kim and Kylie and the team at AUSTEC Homes have done for us.They helped us build two homes simultaneously, but I there's no way I'd be able to properly express how much more they did for us than just building the homes. They went above and beyond what they were contractually required to do and acted in a way that made us truly believe that they personally cared about us as their customers.Without their willingness to work with us through countless issues that resulted due to no fault of theirs, our project would have been dead in the water. In addition to all that, the final product is amazing - we are very happy.They are honest, trustworthy and very capable.My wife and I will always be grateful to Austec for what they did for us.
