We would highly recommend Jarred at Draft Studio. We went to Jarred with a basic sketch of our floor plan and Jarred designed a home that incorporated all of our wishes, including some passive design principals we’d hoped to use.Jarred was knowledgeable and helped us to understand what certain decisions may do to our building budget, ensuring we didn’t fall in love with a plan that we couldn’t afford when it came time to build. He was also innovative and found cost effective solutions to some of our wishes.Jarred was able to create 3d renders of our home that gave us a better understanding of space and measurements. We were also able to map the suns path across our home, to ensure the passive design features would function effectively throughout the year.We worked remotely with Jarred via zoom, email and phone and this was a smooth and seamless process.
