The brush in bay 4 clearly needs replacing as it has scratched our brand new car. The whole car is covered in scratches and we will need to pay a professional to fix it. Should have just cleaned it at home. Very unhappy

I would like to say a BIG Thank you to the staff, particularly a young man who help me on the day....I was unfortunately broken down at the car wash, flat battery and all the staff were absolutely amazing, understanding and so helpful. Thank you to all....I highly recommend the carwash and its services.

Went to dog wash with our friends each of us had 2 dogs. Terrible system that doesn’t take card and requires coins. The dog wash it self has poor water pressure, and the blow dry is an absolute joke. Really tired old facilities, needs updating. Go to Glebe Hill one near new Cole’s WAY better.

Would always go to get my car washed here but last two times there has been no soap suds put on my car, there is water, then the brushes ( no soap ) very disappointed

Would be nice if there was more than a dribble of soap. Machines have been like this for well over 12 months. Even better would be if the spot free rinse was actually spot free and didn't leave white streaks all over the vehicle, again has been like this for 12 months.Apart from that, it's your average car wash.
