Really nice customer service and the food was really good and fresh. The menu had a really good range with a lot of diversity in standard brekkie foods. whale decor was delightful and very agreeable. 10/10 great vibes all round.

After a long and arduous search, I have found the best bacon and egg roll in Redfern, and one of the cheapest too. Charmed offer a B&E with coffee for $10, which is some of the best value in the area. The bun is brioche, which is toasted to perfection every time - a heavy char bordering on (but never quite) burnt which, when combined with the bacon, gives a smoky and complex flavour to this cafe staple. Although not advertised on the menu, this comes with two eggs as standard with its generous helping of bacon. To add some indulgence to the experience you can choose streaky bacon for an additional fee - a nice touch, though not essential, as the standard bacon is crispy and rather thinly sliced itself. I don’t know how but time after time they always manage to nail the yolk, as pictured. Never crumbly, although congealed enough that it’s never a messy experience, which is part of the reason I keep coming back. Don’t waste your time trying other places in the area, I’ve done that for you, so you can trust my assessment that Charmed is the B&E Mecca of this suburb. Highly recommended!

Lovely little Cafe opposite Redfern Park. Small menu but solid food. Coffee is good and the service is always warm and welcoming. The inside seating can be a little cramped and outdoor seating is sometimes at the mercy of the weather. Overall, lovely Cafe and have been back a few times.

My boss took me out for lunch on my last day of work & it was great. The food is delicious, excellent coffee, staff member was attentive & good selection. Plan on returning with family.

Great spot in Redfern.Coffee was served right - with a glass of sparkling water to go with my doppio - and I appreciated that the person who took my order offered me the option of the single origin. It shows they understand coffee.Food was delicious. I ordered the Mediterranean breakfast. The lamb kofta was beautifully seasoned and juicy. The Labneh was smooth and creamy.As soon as we sat down, a few locals walked in, which is always a good sign.Overall a great experience.

Lovely place for brunch, reasonably priced and cozy atmosphere.We ordered juice and almond macchiato. You can choose up to four ingredients to build your own juice. We picked apple, orange, ginger and honey, which was a healthy juice recipe and I would highly recommend. Brunch menus- today’s soup, salad and hot pancakes - were excellent. We are non-vegans but this place can also be a perfect vegan spot. The service was as perfect as the food. The chef attentively checked the time we finished our salad and soup and served fresh baked pancakes.
