I was quoted on the professional installation of the air conditioner.What I received was :• Installation time / day re-scheduled at least once.• Tile left open on the roof causing water flowing down the inside of the wall.• Air conditioner mounted to low on the wall.• Air conditioner mounted crooked on the wall.• Damage on the wall as a result of the air conditioner being mounted too low.• Rubbish left on the roof.• Anxiety and stress as a result of the abovementioned.• Time / money lost off work as a result of dealing with the abovementioned.• Bolts holding the brackets for the outdoor unit still remain untightened.

Conmen!! took weeks to say they sent quote. Never received. Then final demand turned up. They quoted x3 competitor rates. Then expected to be paid for quote. Conmen! I will be writing to trading standards. Further they also didn’t explain why they are price gouging! The quote they gave me would work out for an annual salary of $585k, hardly oap rates!Lastly, a bit of “FREE” customer service advice. Can highly recommend Kintore Airconditioning. Shane and his staff are very responsive and provide outstanding service at very competitive service. Turned up when they said they would and were very clean and professional in their approach.

Communication is good.. tech arrived on time.. did receive quote on an SMS which I though was a bit tacky. Always call ahead and phone staff are helpful.

i was shopping around for affordable Daiken ducted air condition and I found Kintore Air in Malaga WA ,They were perfect for me very good price also I don't need to wait for weeks to be installed. They coming in very early punctual time, five people involved at 11.30 am I got my new ducted air condition all were perfect not issues or dramas at all at this day my air conditioning is running wonderful.
