If I could give less stars, I would. So I got this idea to try and support a local business only to find out that business is one of the most mediocre establishments in existence. You'd think a broken window would somehow be a priority but when I asked for a quote I had to send repeated emails and also make phone calls to even get one, every time I called it was promised to me by end of day, only for that to turn out to be a lie. After about a week and a long weekend, When I finally did get a quote it was more than double the two other quotes I had received from competitors. Laughable, Dreadful customer service. Also some of the most gormless people on the phone, Grow a personality and maybe respond to your customers in a timely manner.

Got a text yesterday to advise our order was ready. Went in today to be advised it's still being trucked in.Best to call & confirm before picking up.Use the text as a guide not an absolute!

The services I received from this firm was sub-standard. After talking to the manager Jeff and listening to all his promises, excuses, bullshit stories and blaming everybody else except himself I cancelled my order and found two firms that would do the job 30% cheaper.

Gerry's Glass was a lifesaver today. We needed a pane of glass to make an emergency repair and they could not have made it easier. The person I spoke to was very friendly and gave me clear instruction on what they could do. They were able to complete what we needed in no time at all and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with this service.

Highly recommend Gerry’s glass. Special mention to Paul - very understanding and professional. It is a family owned business and have been around for 30 years or more. They are very busy so patience is required. I consistently follow Paul up but it was worth it. I had issue with my buffet table who had a ring mark that could not be removed, Paul turned up and with his magic powder and persistence, it miraculously disappeared (see photo). I was very pleased and relieved as it is a very expensive buffet table. For those of you who may get disappointed with their lack of follow up or response, please understand they are genuinely busy because they are good in what they do. Keep persisting and you shall get the result. Thanks Paul!

Delay after delay. Never received a quote. Unsatisfactory if you are time poor. This is what happened when we booked a measure and quote for a custom mirror:1. Waited 2 and half weeks before they were available to measure. They would not give us a precise time at which they would come, and were told we would be informed in the morning on the day of the quote about precise time.2. The evening before the measure was due to take place, was called at 5pm was informed that they could not make it the next day and asked if we could re-book 2 days later. I informed them that arrangements at work were already in place, and that calling at 5pm the day before was not sufficient time to re-organise. In response, they said they would send somebody the next day to measure at 8:30 am.3. On the morning measure was meant to take place, received a call at 8:00 am asking if measure could take place in the afternoon. I informed them that arrangements could not be changed at work at this late stage. They agreed to come at 8:30, which they did. They measured, but no quote was given. Was told that I would be called with a quote.4. Received a call at around lunch time the next day, asking for my email to send the quote to. Never received the quote.

We’ve had one great experience and following that wanted so desperately to use Gerry’s Glass again. They came to do a thorough quote and four calls later we are yet to receive the quote. Really disappointing as we wanted to support local, but it appears that it’s not to be. I guess they have sufficient work and our job must not be financially rewarding.

Gerrys glass service and the quality of my shower installation were both excellent. The price was extremely competitive and I'm very happy with the work they did. I'd definitely recommend use them and uae them again.
