MSS Security

Absolutely shocking and terrible customer service from the MSS female guard on the QF21 on Friday 21 April 2023 at 12.30pm. Not good for a relationship between Dallas Texas and Melbourne International airport. Unacceptable behaviour from security guard. I am currently in the process of laying a complaint against her.

So I went to the cat show in Melb over the weekend, I was helping an exhibitor. It's stressfull transporting animals not to mention the traffic and then I encountered MSS. I have never in my life met a more complete pack of disorganised, unprofessional *(*D(*Bast*3qds in my life.They displayed a total inability to follow the instructions from people managing the event. Requests to get access via the gates for example - locking of gates seemed to be this big power play thing for them - there was no rhyme or reason as to when things were open (at times when gates were ment to be open they closed them... we had that info in writing and MSS failed to keep their side of the contract).Sunday arvo when they had 160 odd groups of people needing to pack up they showed no capacity to manage the situation, causing traffic to back up all the way from the musem down to nicholson street to victoria street (it's one lane!).People with 4 or even 6 animals in cages were being forced to walk hundreds of meteres in the wet Melbourne wether, and then the attitude.Although there were plenty of people on site (they must have made some money form this gig) most of them just standing about..... NOT HELPINGSo to summ up if your in the market for a competent security company and someone says Mss" RUN AWAY NOW.Totally disgusted!"

Been to the Australian Open? So many families around and these security guys are just walking around acting all hot headed and swearing and just being straight rude to everyone. I mean they seem like they want to pick fights with the public! They act more like bouncers in clubs! Disgusting and ruined the experience that we all pay alot of money for to enjoy.

My review keeps getting shadow banned so I'm going to post it again. Shame on you MSS security for using a security wand on a 8 year old girl. It's absolutely disgusting and appaling. Your company should not be operating if you are doing this to minors.

Rude personnel’s and lie about the closing time because they’re in a rush to get home. No help at other times either when wanting to ask a genuine question. Gave a horrible representation to the actual event being held during Fridays F1
