Absolutely appalling. I went in on Monday the 12th around 2pm and when I walked in, Ava was on her phone. It took a good minute for her to get off it. The way she spoke to me was disgusting and rude. And when I finally got it, she shoved it at me and returned to her phone where she death stared me to get out. I hope this is resolved because I was taken aback by it

Absolutely appalling service, the three young girls working tonight were so out of order and didn’t seem to know how to properly run a store. it took 3 girls 7 minutes to make 3 subs for one customer before even acknowledging the 5 customers waiting. After waiting 14 minutes to pick up my online order i could see on the bench, I just went up and asked for it and was greeted with a rude expressing and absolutely no words. Not a thank you, no enjoy your night or anything. Such poor poor service from this Subway it’s disgusting and disrespectful. Either find some completely new staff or just do yourself a favour and shut down completely. There are too many bad reviews and comments for anyone to want to come to your store for a second time after their first experience.

Wish there where zero star rating after waiting for two other customers to be served my time finally. Employee was directed by manager to do phone order first even though there where two serving customers decided to walk out. Won’t be going back. Excellent bakery near entrance to coles does a fresh chicken and salad roll was cheaper tasted way better. Do yourself a favour go there instead

If I have option, I don’t want to give any star. I had to give one to write the review. I had a footlong smashed falafel &toastie. Absolutely waste of my money. The falafel was cold, cheese was all melted on the deli paper, and she was making veggie sub with touching meats, toastie was so salty ( I didn’t even asked to put s&p on it) and there were 3 girls serving and all of them were making ridiculous sub.. girls please think that would buy that awfully made sub with your hard earned money ? I didn’t wanted to raised it there because it was busy but please don’t waste people’s money. I would never go back here especially with these staff no.

I used to baulk at going to Subway until I came across Jazzy at the Murrumba Downs store!She makes my vege delight with advocado with lots of onion to perfection!Will not go anywhere else for subway and if its Jazzy making it, its a bonus because shes so good!I have also found her courteous and nice for such a young lady! Well done Jazzy for making me like subway again! John

Very poor quality, young lady serving chose to walk away from me, to answer her phone, when I was half way through ordering, honestly I didn't think the young lady new what she was doing, & the manager came out from the back , you can understand why the staff are like they are. and the tables out side were thilfy, looked like they'd never been wiped clean, Never again. 0 out of 10.

Just here and the young man that served me, literally threw my meatball sub together. The guts has fallen out of it and the roll is all soggy. His customer service was appalling, not happy. Had to call and complain and return my meal.My daughter's straw was handled with ungloved hands.

I recently visited the Subway located in Murrumba Downs, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. The level of service I received was nothing short of horrible. The staff members were not only rude but also seemed disinterested in their jobs.From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the employees lacked enthusiasm and professionalism. The person who took my order spoke very poorly, making it difficult to understand them. Their communication skills were subpar!What struck me the most was the blatant disinterest displayed by one of the employees. I noticed a girl sitting in the corner, engrossed in her mobile phone, completely oblivious to her surroundings. It was clear that she had no intention of providing any kind of service or assistance to customers.It was evident that the staff did not want to be there. Their lack of motivation and dedication reflected in the way they interacted with customers. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer..I sincerely hope that the management of Subway Murrumba Downs addresses these issues promptly. Improving staff training and fostering a customer-centric culture are essential steps towards ensuring a positive experience for all customers. As it stands, I cannot recommend this particular Subway location due to the abysmal customer service I encountered.

This place was so hot to walk into, It felt like an oven. How can those employees be allowed to work in those conditions? I would definitely be calling HR if i was them. they looked pale and like they were going to faint. This place should definitely not be open if it’s going to be that hot. I definitely do not recommend coming to this place.

when i walked into subway murrumba tonight. it was so incredibly hot and humid. i started sweating. those poor workers should be getting a pay rise for having to work in such unbearable conditions. there was a squealing noise that was horrible. staff were extremely nice and handled it so well although they were sweating. luckily none of their sweat got into our food.
