Ordered breakfast and coffee today. My Wife ordered a smashed avocado with a poached egg which they forgot on the first attempt. The avocado was a half a avocado put on the toast not mashed just a whole one cut in half that was hard, the egg was cold and overcooked. My wife returned it for a refund. I ordered eggs Benedict, again overcooked, the sauce was nice I ate it because I was hungry. The coffee was average at best. This place has down in quality but gone up in price unfortunately. I give 2 stars because both the young girls serving were pleasant enough.

Good spot if you don't feel like sitting in the food court. Food is always good. Not too keen on the QR code ordering system but you can still order at the counter which is good. The staff are constantly cleaning which keeps the place tidy.

Always so happy with this coffee club, today I was blown away bu the kindess of I believe was the owner who went above and beyond to make sure my lil ine was comfortable when she was abit upset. As a mum I really appreciate business owners who look after our kids and make use feel welcome. Thank you again

Ordered a special breakfast consisting of French toast and small coffee. Coffee took 9 minutes to be delivered to the table in a take away cup. AT the 17 minute mark I asked where the French toast was and was told it's being done now. Finally delivered to the table 13 minutes later with no cutlery. I asked for cutlery and it was supplied. The Coffee Shop wasn't busy at 9.30am. There seems to be a lot of oxygen used by the staff and not much service being delivered. It was my first visit and it will be my last. I will be going back to the Art House Coffee Shop where service is A one

NEVER AGAINHad a very bad experience at the coffee club. I got my roasted cauliflower salad only to realise that it is deep fried and that is not the worst part. I tried to speak with them and clarify and the response i got left me in a shock. “ well the thing here is that menu is very deceiving and you do not really get whats on the menu or how it looks like on the photo”….. i wish i took a photo but the smashed avo looked like my 3 year old had attempted making it.I dont usually leave reviews but this experience was just … horrific.

Amazing food and quick, professional service.I would've given five stars, but they lost one for the condition of the blue fabric chairs. The huge brown stains are a massive turn off.

Ordered food and waited 30 minutes before hearing that they hadn’t even looked at the order. Note that it was not busy and we were one of the two tables occupied at the time. They had a large team present as well, so it definitely wasn’t due to an understaffed issue. Not worth the $50.

Ordered a small cap here on a busy Saturday morning and it was horrible just warm milk. Asked them to remake it and they did but it was exactly the same. Why pay $4.90 for a cup of milk when you can walk a few steps to woolies and just buy 2L of milk. The guy at the counter was also too busy cleaning and wrapping cutlery to hear my order the first two times I said it too. Why not put a few more people on roster so it's not so embarrassing for your business. Never bothering to come here again, there are plenty of other much better options in the centre for real coffee and food with better service.

Absolutely horrible service. Blonde girl, who’s name was Paula I’m pretty sure needs a reality check and to lose the attitude. As someone who works in hospitality, her service was disgraceful. Stuffed up our order, and was completely rude to me when I told her nicely.
