Just awful. No in midst of long running change os aisles. Been going on way too long. Young staff have limited experience and advice us wrong. Trying to get staff to help means going to main counter, waiting, asking for help then going back and with g yet again for a staff member to arrive. Lots of staff. Often talking with each other. It's been hopeless for long time and got worse recently. Don't trust the app for locations. Usually wrong. Area in front of tool aisles clogged with product so that only one trolley would fit. Absolutely no on the ground management.

Checked online to make sure that item was in stock and then wasted my time driving there to be finally served by staff after they were finished their little chat , only to be told they didn’t have it with a shrug of his shoulders and a “oh well if it’s not there it’s not there “ definitely Don’t go here at night where it’s purely a social gathering and no fs given for service ! Will never come here again. North lakes store is way better.

Love Bunnings, couldn't do without this place. But don't bother buying tiles there if you don't know what you're looking for, because they don't know much either. Otherwise a great store. Bought an awesome cheap mower there, but they couldn't tell me much about mowers either, very little help in that department so my elderly mother and myself just chose one after googling a couple of different ones there. We chose well. And they actually weren't much help when it came to plants either, just a couple of young girls working in that section that were more interested in talking to each other. But great prices and almost everything you could want.

Good team spirit throughout the team. Helpful and happy staff. Plenty of parking and layout of the store is easy. The cafes these days are really good and it's worth a stop if you've got the time.

Went to Bunnings yesterday and couldn’t thank Jeff enough. He firstly approached me (surprisingly) to see if I needed any help, which he then went above and beyond helping me, deciding on a smoker! He’s a credit to the store. Will also mention the other staff appeared friendlier then usual, just by smiling and saying hello, it’s a credit to the store. It’s refreshing to receive great customer service.

Drove through the trade section today to try to pick up some materials quickly. Pallets everywhere and was a real challenge to try and even get in with my trailer. Once materials were purchased I was told I didn’t claim my 2 bags of mortar upon entry even though staff were busy for me to get too. I then had to pay for 2 bags of mortar that were clearly not new and had been sitting in my Ute for days. Clearly a mistake on my end but staff were so rude about it and it cost me paying for items that didn’t even come from this store. Will never go back.Would love if someone could check cameras to show that I didn’t “steal”.

Probably one of the best Bunnings in the area , Big store multiple entrances , and usually everything I'm looking for. Location is the key for this store easily accessed from all surrounding areas.
