Jonathan did a grand job of managing the project. His experience, knowledge, and vision were extremely helpful in guiding the direction of the project and his communication and honesty made the process seamless. The Team at J&JJ Landscaping were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The team working here were polite and helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product - everything is perfect and the workmanship is extremely high. And they cleaned up completely when they were finished - our back garden was immaculate when they had finished the job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services.

Jonathan is leading a professional team and completed the job with quality and care. The whole team are hard workers with good manners. Mark has done a great job to install a downpipe underneath our deck. Our neighbour is so impressed with the quality of our new deck and would like Jonathan to quote on their landscaping project as well. We have J&JJ Landscaping help us with our backyard artificial grass and swim spa install. From the first day of inspection the site to the last day of the whole project. They always show up on time, always clean up after the work after every visit. They provided very professional suggestions for us since we really never do things like this before. Jonathan is very into details. So the work finish up really nice. We still have more works to do for the backyard, but we are all already enjoy our new clean, net, relaxing backyard. Definitely will have them back to do more works for us.

What an incredible job done by Jonathan, Mark and the team. The job ran behind schedule due to rain, but when the weather came right they came back on Saturday to complete the job. Great value and workmanship, highly recommend.

I tried to make some enquiries on a job. A lady from the accounting department answered the phone and could not answer the questions I have regarding the job. It is understandable because she is not a landscaper. Accordingly, I requested to have someone who knows about landscaping to contact me in case they cannot do my job. It is to my surprise that the lady overreacted by saying my request to have someone who can answer my questions to call me is an insult to her and suggests that she doesn't know anything. She refused to assist further and became quite rude. No one suggests that she doesn't know anything. All we asked was for someone who can answer our questions to call. We don't expect an account person to answer specific landscaping questions. There is nothing wrong with her not being able to assist. But to overreact like this and destroy a potential business for her boss is not acceptable. I hope the owner of the business knows this. What a shame for an award winning business to have an employee like this. My message to that lady is - your business reputation is more important than saving your face. Please put your employer's interest first when you tries to answer the phone for the business.——————————————————————————————To the general manager’s response:I would like to believe that my review was a constructive one but you obviously can’t take a constructive criticism. I thought I was dealing with a company that was good and hoped it could be better but you just proved me wrong and taught me that reviews are not always accurate. Your staff could not tell us whether you were able to do the kind of job we wanted done hence I requested to speak to someone who may be able to assist and she thought this was belittling her (isn't this overreacting? ). What is the point of filling out the quote form when the job is not something you do? It’s just a waste of time for all of us. There were not any issues about payment for the quote as stated by you. No one would be arguing about a company's charge policy because it is set by the company so your accusation is incorrect and does not make sense. Please do not fabricate the fact. We asked to speak to the manager and your staff refused so I do not believe you were there because you appeared to be quite comfortable talking to us based on your reply. This is not a right attitude to do business.Thank you for your response! You have shown me why your staff behaved that way and the values and beliefs of your company - I.e. you are more important than the customers. Just as you were happy to pass on the job, we are happy to give this kind of arrogant business a miss as well. I have to thank you for saving us from a nightmare experience.
