Clean tidy rooms, great location as it's not in the city centre with all the noise and people walking past being rowdy but close enough if you are needing to go up town. A great children's playground park just up the road and the beach just out the front without having to crose the road. Bbq, pool, play area to kick a ball around with the kids at the rear of the motel.

Yeppoon is a lovely spot. There were some issues with our booking and we were dealing with new owners as the units have changed hands since we booked. Our issues were dealt with efficiently and with great courtesy by the current owners.

Not the cleanest rooms. The floor was quite dirty and there is no service. Location was good though and near the beach. Coin laundry was good as well.

Doors don't close to open them is a job, TV remotes don't work, 1 TV only has half a screen, not very clean, Not what we expected at all.

Clean and looked after but signs of age are showing through decor. Position is wonderfully with pool lawn and then beach. Family apartment not really what we expected with 2 single beds in the main living area with a double bed in its own room.bathroom clean.

This place is perfect for a couple or family stay. Walk out the back and straight onto the beach. Short 2k stroll into city centre for dinner and drinks. Rooms are perfect for your weekend getaway. Will be back again for sure. Thanks

The rooms were neat and tidy, and the beach is out the back. The pool is nice and there's a nice BBQ area. The location is a little far from the main centre of Yeppoon (which can't be helped), but the Wi-Fi honestly sucks. I couldn't get any work done on the go.Definitely stay here if you don't rely on Wi-Fi as it is a beautiful motel.
