Kärcher Center Mount Waverley (Retail Store)

I WAS a happy Karcher customer, until I upgraded to an SC5, which was faulty from the get go, going back for repairs within the first 6 months, then 3 more times after that within just over 2 years which was the warranty period. When I requested the machine (which I have spent well over $1000 on with accessories) be replaced, I was refused. They tell me the relevant department is reviewing my claim" but they never contact me

Just bought a new pressure washer from Karcher Mt Waverley this morning. Matthew and his staff could not be more helpful with providing various options for us.He gave us an option for the unit we were after with a significant discount which was totally unexpected.We accepted the offer.Thank you Matthew and all the boys.

I was invited to the Kärcher Centre Mount Waverley to run a workshop for Kärcher centres and dealers from across Australia. The showroom was immaculate and the staff were very quick to provide assistance to customers. Sue Ellson :)

Called up Customer Support about a problem I came across with a Karcher product and the assistant advise me to take the Item to the Mount Waverley store as it was the closest one to me. I was advised to take the unit to this location to be assessed and the product will be replaced under warranty if it deemed to be faulty by manufacturing. Upon taking the Item in I was confronted by the rudest lady behind the counter I have ever come across in my professional years. She would not even look at the Item just gave me a pad with a form on it to fill in my details as they have outsourced their assessment an repair to a third party company and they would need to send the item away and I should get a notification in about a week or so. You think paying a premium for a product you would get a more professional dealing. I think Karcher needs to have a look at their processes and staff that they put out there to deal with customers.

I bought a Karcher window cleaner, used it about 6 times over 3 years and it no longer worked. I couldn't charge it. I wrote a review, Karcher made contact and promised to replace the unit. This took months after a lot of follow up and even threats of placing more poor reviews. Finally, I did receive a replacement but it took a lot of perseverance. Karcher eventually came good but I still don't know why the product failed so soon and why it couldn't be fixed..

Had a great experience in store. Tristan was awesome helping me choose the right product and gave great instructions on how to use the WV5. I recommend the product and the store. The customer service went above and beyond. Thanks Tristan!

Today me and my wife went to karcher to buy Pressure washer, Vaccum and steam cleaner. The sales guy was really helpful and help us to choose the best products for my detailing business. If my business grow i will definitely coming back to this store for all my karcher upgrades.

Mukuka and Richie were amazingly helpful and ended up suggesting me a much better product (Pressure Washer), which saved me from wasting money on another product I didn't need.Mukuka and Richie are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend their service!Thanks again, fellas!

Service team never respond. the phone system is useless. They are always busy and allow you to leave your number and not use your spot....but 5 hours later no one calls....time and time again. Send an email and the response is far from acceptable. I finally got through and they said they would be back to me with an answer....no one has 3 days later. Surprised they are still in business

Warning warning do not buy these washers they are the absolute worst quality and use cheap parts our never worked the way it should would never ever buy one again, buy a better brand as most others are
