3 flavours low sugar, tasted satisfactory.

The counter staff wearing glasses are very unfriendly and don't seem to enjoy their work. They were even more unfriendly towards Asians, and the drinks were very dirty and poorly made.

Love gong cha with its easy menu and reward system. Flavours are yummy depending on whether I want a milk tea or a fruit tea. Their toppings selection is good as I don’t like boba, but prefer grass jelly, pudding and aloe Vera. Not all bubble tea places have a good selection of toppings. Favourites are matcha green tea, mango alisan tea with basil seeds.

Great tasting milk teas at reasonable prices. Have been here several times and enjoyed every visit.

[Update: after my email feedback they gave me a free large drinkI would give them 3 and a half star upgrade and thats it, they remade the drink and it still looks nothing like the picture. In the image it looks like a matcha milkshake/frappaccino with a redbean topping cream on top. It still looks like boring green tea with red beans on the bottom. I forgot to take a photo of what i got as i was underwhelmed.]***I have always wondered why morons line up for this overprice bubble tea place, more so at sunnybank then garden city (because theres on in garden city) as sunnybank still has a cheap alternative for below $5, use to be cheaper then $3 i think, it has been there for YEARS even before the creation of easyway"Tried a macha redbean and all i got was normal green tea (deep green) with redbean sunken to the bottom for $6

WELL EXPERIENCED STAFFS. I tried to use my gift card in few shops at Plaza, all of them dont know how to use the mastercard gift card and ask me try another card with bad attitudes. Only in this Gongcha, the staff was very experienced. Not only help me purchasing the order, but also tought me how to use the card. THANK YOU.

Stopped by for bubble tea after dinner since it was just across the food court. I was wanting a taro one but saw they had Oreo chocolate milk tea, which sounded interesting and went with that instead. Tea was nice and the oreo gave it nice texture and flavour. It wasn't too busy when I went so didn't have to wait too long.

Taste is always great but Menu is too complicated. You have to choose one of their top 10 selling drinks from the screens. Main problem is the minimum EFTPOS issue. You have to keep cash with you if your drink is under $10. İts annoying when you don't have cash and searching for ATM to pay for it.

We ordered 4 drinks for my brothers, mum and I. Fastest time I’ve gotten 4 drinks before, although I’m not so sure about the staff.
