Macquarie Witchery service is terrible. Such unhelpful, unfriendly and unprOffesional bunch of girls ever. Went in there to buy a top on Sunday and stood there waiting for 5 mins. I previously went in there and had the same service and can't believe nothing has changed in service. Must be the culture there.Nothing like their Miranda branch where people say hi and go put of their way to help you.Only rated 1 start cause I had no choice otherwise would, rate 0

I feel like I am doing the Witchery tour of NSW, but I can't help it, I really like their clothing, shoes and accessories. Popped into the Macquarie store quickly. Well set out. Has all the stock the other stores have. I purchased a top that wasn't available in my size in the Hurstville store. Good customer service.

Went there around the Christmas holidays period, think they had some temporary staff or something, looked like two/ three really young girls working there. Not even a smile or a wave, they looked really nervous and rude, just kept doing their restock and looked really lost. I went there to return a pair of sandals I got online, the lady who served me was ok, a bit short with me and doesn't really care. Probably won't go back to that particular store.
