We have used AJ Smit since early 2000 and he has done several property valuations for us. He was very professional, courteous and prompt. His fees are reasonable and his advice is brilliant. We recommend him.

AJ Smit demanded upfront payment and I paid $550.00 and became vulnerable. As a consequence I ended up stranded with an unreliable valuation report Cut-Off" from discussion.AJ Smit manufactured hostility by shoving his valuation report at me and then resorted to silence (aggressive denial).Hidden behind his emails AJ Smit dictated his last words "This is a Finite Process" in order to free himself and quickly departed from written conversation and never heard from AJ Smit again.If your looking for an unstable valuer to play with your dignity and manufacture a fool out of you at your expense then look no further.****Update: AJ Smit is now writing his very own conclusion.1. AJ Smit did not have the courtesy to make a phone call and discuss his valuation report or my concerns.2. AJ Smit willingly ignored my emails after he emailed his unreliable valuation report. See attached photo evidence.3. AJ Smit was contacted by phone from the very start and during the process up until AJ Smit emailed his unreliable valuation report.4. AJ Smit for the very first time is now addressing me by my last name in hope of triggering phobia and not genuinely out of respect (distraction).5. As a verified customer I'm stranded with an unreliable valuation report cut off from discussion."
