went here looking to dye my hair a bright purple to celebrate a milestone, came out unhappy with what i got but after contacting Alex they redid everything to be a shade closer to what i wanted for free! very happy with the service, Alex and Smela are amazing

Fab, inclusive salon with amazing stylists - very talented people who cater to everyone . Crazy level colour skills if that's your groove.

These photos are taken only 2 days after my cut.I asked for #3. Alex said it was all done. You can see from the back that the back of my hairline wasn't even tidied, and I had to ask him to clean my sideburns. In response, he laughed, and then took the clippers, and instead of tidying the area, cut diagonally through my sideburns and just cut them off. It felt extremely uncomfortable.I also asked if he could clean the front hairline, because it looked messy, and again he laughed, and then used the clippers for a quick 20 seconds and said 'Done'.Alex seems like he just wants to get rid of you, even though the entire shop was quiet.It's not a good experience, and I recommend you go somewhere where you're treated decently.

Love these guys and gals, they always take great care of me & my hair. I've been seeing them for all my hair needs for years. Won't go anywhere else.I've been seeing Alex to get my hair done for about 4 years now. He's amazing!

I have fine straight hair which means every single scissor stroke shows. It is incredibly hard to find anyone who can do a good cut on it. I happily travel two hours to get the wonderful Ella to cut my hair. Every single cut has not only looked amazing when it is forst done but continues to look good as it grows out. I get lots of compliments on her expertise. Jacquie

Went in for a colour having not been in a hairdresser in... a very long time. Alex was lovely, respectful, and very accommodating with both sensory input issues and dysphoria. Also has a great sense for music.

Thank you so much to the team, but especially to Smella for the incredible, amazing job they did.I've been to hair salons before who've just done the job by the instructions but I really appreciated that they went back and made sure that my hair was lightened to the correct tone after lightening the roots.I feel SO confident with my new hairstyle and I will definitely be coming back when my hair grows out. ☺️

It's a nice experience to have my hair done at Escape Hair by Alex and his expertise always sees me walking out the door with a great hairstyle. Alex uses superior products and it shows. My hair thanks you for it Alex LOL Service is always on time and the cost is so very reasonable. There is an abundance of creative talent in this salon.
