Best Total Tools store visited. Staff are always friendly and have gone above and beyond to help. Always go there with difficult problems and they always manage to find a solution without the forceful sales tactics. Good work!

Went to buy some new work boots but they don't sell them at this location anymore. Have got other tools here before though and they do have a good range in the main areas for tradies.

Easy to get to with easy parking, all the best brands with helpful staff to guide you to the tools you need.

Needed some tools for my renovations, I have been going here for a while, generally the service is very good and they have a good range, pricing is mostly within the range of competition, but some times quantity and durability not there example’s I paid over $200 for a quality larger steel drill bit it was a good bit cut well sadly I dropped it from not a very high level and it broke in half tools are just not what they once were, over all good store.

When I visited Total Tools. I had no idea what I was looking for and I was greeted at the door with a very nice welcome and I was asked if I needed help. Everyone was so nice and said hi when they walked past.

Been to almost every total tools. My favourite so far. Great service, huge stock and although they were reorganising the shelves, it was very easy to find all my stuff.

Speak to me about their tricky “bonus deal” are totally different over the phone + face to face before & after the purchase.They said in the phone & face to face that I could use the bonus point(Money back) with anything I purchased in shop even the tools I bought which for getting the bonus points, but unfortunately after I paying for the tools they start to tell me those points are for totally different stuff which means I need to purchase extra money + the bonus points money back to get something totally different.I will said that's an lie, especially those sales are not patient for explaining, all they doing is trying to make me spend more money again and again, that's not a deal.As a local guide, I'm actually not go for 1 star at all with the rating history I been with all different places but they real DISAPPOINTED ME！That will be the first time and the final time I doing any purchase in this unfriendly & tricky shop, I use all the bonus and will NEVER EVER come back！

Long story short. Spent over 1k on a tig welder. Stopped working after half a bottle of d size gas (first week of using it, was in box for a month before i got i used it). 4 months later still waiting for an outcome. This item should be replaced or give credit to something that actually works as a minimum. They are trying to fix it and just keep telling me they can't give me an eta. And they are getting parts from another store and doing me a favor......? This is unacceptable. Very disappointed.
