I was able to order French Baking Flour from Basic Ingredients which was pretty good, also they had wide variety of baking products.Good Service and I would recommend them again. Quick response to emails and staff working here is very experienced. They were able to resolve my baking questions and send informative videos.Fantastic service, great flours, quick delivery, and extremely well packaged.Best time to buy when the sales are on.

I placed an order online, recieved a confirmation email and then nothing since. Both phone numbers do not work.Additional - after almost a month of no communication from this company, finally my order arrived. Unfortunately I had already raised a dispute with my bank, due to the total lack of communication from this company and the fact that I had not received the order. I also emailed quoting my order number. Now I have my order, I cancelled my dispute and the products they supplied are pretty good. However I won't bother trying to use this company again.

Good quality products, but don't pay full price — wait for a sale (which are really often). If you buy full price and there's a sale the next day, they won't offer credit or a partial refund, unlike other online businesses I've worked at.
