Horrible service by the girl name niki at the counter couple of times.Such a foul mouth. Swearing badly in front of the customers. As I I asked what happened, she replied the stuff suppose to start the shift after her is running late. Need more training education to be a better stuff and how to give proper customer service.Other day blaming and showing hatred towards the Uber drivers, after asking she said they always use discounts, very annoying. Manager should take step to fix these sort of stuff. Otherwise the store will have bad ratings and name.

Great staff. I went in with a gift voucher and took a little while to get organised. The server was understanding and helpful. Fuel price is good too. I fill up here regularly now.

Lady at the counter was a lovely person who simply made my day. Bright and cheerful. So nice to start my day.

Thursday, 3 November 2 pmThe lady on the service counter was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. She was finishing a conversation with a friend, refuse to make eye contact flicking through a magazine and as I was leaving was super rude when I said have a good day she said “byeeeeee” in an immature high-pitched voice with a line of 4 others behind me.I hadn’t made any remark or motion about her chatting and finishing off her conversation however I wish I did now.I’ve been going to this service station for three years as it’s my local one I never leave a review however I feel like management should know about this employed as she is completely unprofessional and there are many others who are looking for a job with a much better attitude. I’ll be going elsewhere till management looks into this as it was just embarrassing the way she treated me in front of a line of others (for no apparent reason)

Very busy but great service.

Stopped to get our cash washed and the guy at counter was rude, spoke down to me said make sure I read the instructions properly because he would have to come out if I mucked it up I walked back to my car and r realised he didn't even give me a protective sleeve for my rear wiper. Most unhelpful person I've ever met. Won't ever go here again.

The service is great. I fill up several times a week as I'm a Uber driver and spend about $150 a week on fuel. The problem I have is that if I fill up say 10pm the lady prevents me from using the toilet facilities which makes it very difficult for me. It is getting to the stage were I will be considering using another servo
