Burnt Honey Bakery
I recently had my 60th birthday celebration at which the highlight was a Burnt Honey masterpiece. I ordered the vanilla layered cake with strawberry jam and covered in buttercream and I could not have been happier. Although the cake was moist and delicious, it was the Swiss Meringue Buttercream that really put the icing on the cake. It was so light, fluffy and silky, I feel I'm still up there floating on one of Burnt Honey's Buttercream clouds. I highly recommend this cake for any occasion.

Excellent pastries and some of the best coffee I've ever had!We tried 5 different types of pastries during our visit and they were overall great.My personal favourite was their apple crumble like pastry which was doughy and sweet (front right in photo).If you're in town, a must visit before you leave. Make sure you visit early as there will already be a line at 8am!

The best bakery you'll ever find! A little hidden gem on the Central Coast that has the best baked goods.I think I met one of the owners this morning and the customer service was next level! I now have to figure out if the cinnamon scroll or the Copa Queen" is my favourite :)"

Such a nice little bakery! I have only just discovered this little gem but you can bet I'll be a regular. Had the best pastries I've enjoyed in a long while it's very obvious that there's a lot of love in this place

This place is the best! Not only are their pastries out of this world! They are so friendly and have the best community vibe. I love that they don't to takeaway coffee cups as well!

This Bakery is the best on the coast. I had the best macadamia latte ive ever had, yummy mango coconut sticky bun, delicious sour dough and to top it off home made Honey Jumbles wow wow wow. The customer service is second to none. A must visit when in Copacabana NSW. Can't wait to go again soon.

I had the most delicious gluten free lamington. Oozing with a thick layer of vanilla cream and raspberry jam. Coated in a generous amount of coconut. The best Friday morning tea treat.

Drove all the way from Toowoomba to try the famed Burnt Homey Bakery, much to my pleasure I was not disappointed. Will definitely come back on my travels.
