Lavenderia NappyCare

We were gifted a couple of months of this Lavenderia reusable nappy service by friends of ours and as a first time mum trying to avoid disposables, I cannot recommend it highly enough! It's a great introduction into using cloth nappies, and not having to wash them at all is a godsend in the relentless haze of those first few weeks at home with a newborn... Also great for anyone just looking to try out reusables without the effort and commitment of buying an entire nappy stash.Pros- *delivery to my door* of 50 nappies each week; in big wetbags, plus a lidded bucket for pong-free storage- dirty nappies are taken away- choice of nappy size (newborn or regular); I chose newborn and they fit really well, much better on my small newborn than most of the OSFM I have bought myself- nappies are basic but each comes with 2 liners which seem pretty absorbent and they are fully adjustable with both side and rise snaps- it's a great baby shower gift (or present to yourself!)Cons- You're required to buy bamboo liners and dry soak powder separately, it would be sooo much easier if this was included in the weekly fee- liners and covers come separate so you need to spend some time each week stuffing, but you have to do this with your own stash anyway- This is a Sydney service so availability is limited to this area

Working at Scenic World we have lots of uniform to be washed! Lavenderia pick up our goods & then drop them back, smelling great & sorted plus folded! We don't have to lift a finger. Highly recommend this service!

These guys provide such a valuable (and unfortunately at the moment, rare) service with ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH customer care and assistance - they've been there for all questions, various adjustments to our service and always with a patient, kind response, which has made it easier than I thought it would be to do cloth nappies. Incredibly helpful and friendly service. I was given the newborn nappy service as a baby shower gift but unable to use as we are moving out of the serviced areas. Louisa was able to help organise an exchange of the service for purchasing the nappies which we were thrilled about as we were so excited to start using cloth nappies!

We used this service for the first 8 weeks of having our little one at home. It was a fantastic way to get used to cloth nappying without committing to a whole stash of nappies until we knew what type we liked and if we could commit to it full time. Louisa was easy to communicate with and if there was ever a change to pickup scheduling or deliveries got in t ouch to let us know. We only stopped the service because we have now built our own stash of cloth nappies and are all set to go full-time reusable ourselves. This service would be an awesome gift for first time cloth-nappiers/people who are on the fence about them but are worried about their environmental impact. Bonus extra: from day 1 all disposables we tries left our bub with nasty nappy rash, but cloth nappies including Lavenderia's ones never did!

Last year (2020) I was gifted a Lavendaria nappy service and what an amazing gift it was… so amazing we continued the service ourselves! At a time when we needed it most Lavendaria provided a consistent service to my family. Like clock work our clean nappies arrived, free of any nasties and the kit made it super simple to manage the dirty nappies. Highly recommend… allergen free and reliable!

We've been using Lavenderia for our newborn girl for six weeks now. The staff have been incredibly responsive and friendly answer to our every query or request. And the nappies themselves have been great - absorbent, easy to use, and spotlessly clean when they come back to us each week. If you are considering MCNs for your bub, or you've got a pregnant friend who is, then I can highly recommend this service.
