Wow! Absolutely gorgeous flowers provided by Naturelle (bride, groom, 3 bridesmaids and 2 groomsmen) for our wedding in Noosa on 24th November 2016. The flowers were amazing. totally unique and so beautiful. Everything was arranged via email (time, date, types of flowers, prices, colour scheme, shape etc.) from UK to Queensland and it was all so easy. Jo and Angie were fantastic at interpretating our wishes and sending through vision boards to ensure that we were happy and informed along the way. Jo even delivered our flowers personally on the day. Choose Naturelle as your wedding florist and sit back and relax,, as your flowers will be amazing :-)

We had an experience with Jo from Naturelle that left us shocked. We made an enquiry about a bridal bouquet and buttonhole 23 days before our wedding. We confirmed our order on email and asked her to lock it in and requested Jo send us an invoice. Jo didn't communicate a cut off date for receiving full payment of the order, or try to phone me prior, before saying it was too late to put a bouquet together, 3 days before our wedding. There were no terms and conditions on her website, and there was nothing about the number of days or weeks prior to the wedding date that the final balance payment must be received by on her website. However, after briefly politely expressing my shock, Jo then sent a passive aggressive email saying she was emailing to follow up on my abuse". See attached image. Nonetheless
