Such a cute store and lovely staff!

My favourite store ever!! The staff are always super friendly and helpful, and I always find so many things I love. Couldn't recommend this store enough. It is definitely worth a visit.

No refunds, money hungry and rude

Can always count on this store to find something I love! The staff here are so polite and helpful. The quality of clothing for the price is amazing value and offers unique pieces compared to the other chain stores within the centre. Would definitely recommend this store!

Worst customer service I've ever received from the middle aged woman working there. If I could give zero stars I would.I had folded a dress in the changing room because I wasn't sure how it went back on the hanger. She called me out by the door of the shop and demanded I put it on the hanger and hand it to her because she wasn't going to put it back on the rack herself, or pick it up, I was made to walk back into the shop, and confusedly put the item on a hanger the wrong way and hand it to her, just for her to redo it, lecture me on never leaving an item in her change room not perfectly put back on the hanger and storm back to the counter.A completely unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable experience.Came into the store to find a nice outfit for an event, and rather then make a $200 sale she scared 3 customers straight out the door.Customers in a rush and confused about how to place an item are not paid to do her job for her. The other people in the store were shocked and even mentioned this to me.Went to some other shops afterwards and received top notch customer service.Will never shop there again.
