Sameera is a very professional mortgage broker and completed my home loan refinancing in very quick time. My home loan refinancing was completed during the lockdown period and he was very clear on what are pros and cons. Thank you Sameera for looking after my mortgage. I was with Bankwest from the start and paying above 3% without knowing my other options and Sameera helped me to move it to bank of Melbourne for under 3% and only recently I had my 2 year fixed term expired and bank gave me the same interest rate but sameera saw that I could get lower than that for my loan and he got involved with my bank and got it changed to the advertised rate which saved me $200 a month. Sameera always keep in touch with me with my loan details and always fights whats best for me and not for the banks. I came to Australia and got my first job in January 2017. I bought my first home in January 2018 all thanks to Sameera. Walking into my first day of work I never though I would be in my own 4BR home a year later. A few months into being employed I started the research into buying a house.
