Van's Nails

The ladies that work here are absolutely AMAZING!!!! My daughter loves going in and getting her nails painted. The kindest, sweetest ladies. Highly recommend. Exceptional customer service. ❤️

The worst pedicure I have ever had.So rushed.. Not even 15 mins.No massage on feet, toes all filed skin.Horrible experience. Quite rude and ignorant.Couldn't even pick the right colour as I was so rushed. I was after a Xmas red and have pink toes that are painted terribly, I wasn't even able to stand there and choose without being pushed towards the chair.No asking if I like the colour.I actually hate it.I couldn't even see as I had my hands being done at the same time.A service that I'll never pay for again at this salon.I spent $107 on a Pedi, shellac nails and what was meant to be a manicure with normal polish for my 10 yr old was done in shellac . I couldn't see that either as I was other side of room from miss 10.No communication what so ever, wouldn't even listen to me.Thank you for ruining our treat of girly day together.

Went to have my SNS nails removed yesterday. I’m still in shock as they hacked off my long nails I’d been growing for a couple of months and then proceeded to peel off the SNS nail and half my own nail with it. At one time I jerked back in pain.Never going back.

Honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. The girl that did my nails spent most of the time talking to her colleagues in her own language and looked at her phone more than she did my nails, She took two calls whilst doing my nails and made them uneven chunky and not straight. I paid 65$ for nails that look like a 5 year old painted them.

I went to have my SNS done at Van's Nails, the tech was rude she got frustrated when I asked her to correct the shape, as they were all different shapes & bumpy. They changed technician's they were rough & disgustingly rude, telling me sns is new & has only been around for a short time, & this is how it's done. I do not recommend this Nail place nor will I ever be going back there. How they are still operating is beyond me. Extremely Disappointed. Waste of Time & Money.

Customer service is non existent here. The lady who applied my acrylics was rude, rough and when I asked her to make minor adjustments i.e please shapes each finger the same length, shape and not too thick anyone would have thought I asked for her first born along with several eye rolls.I left so disappointed with nails worst off then when I came in. Do not recommend

Hands down the best nail place in town! I love how the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Couldn't ask for better service or quality. They are always happy to accommodate a walk in and I always walk out with my nails looking like a million dollars, a 5 star rating isn't high enough!

On Feb 17 I visited the salon and was seen immediately. Requesting SNS, the owner of the salon began her workShe seemed very interested in answering every personal call she had, turning on the speaker to talk hands free. I just sat and waited.. She was very loud when talking and chose to speak loudly as she addressed her callers and speak to the other workers in the salon. At times, I felt totally forgotten. One worker came into the shop and was spoken to very abruptly, resulting in her crying in my presence. The owner obviously likes the sound of her own voice, as she chose to sing in her native language when not answering her phone or speaking with others. She also chose to wear a mask, with it sitting on her upper lip, and sniffling a lot. Wiping her nose with her hand and not sanitizing prior to continuing to do my nails was cringeworthy. The dip on my nails was incredibly thick and not at all even I was there for nearly 2 hours and was so glad when I could leave. I ended up going to another salon the next day. Without explaining what had happened at Vans, they were taken aback at the state of my SNS nails. I had all the nightmare removed and redone in a professional manner. Recommend Van's... absolutely not!!!
