While the ironing service provided was good, the communication was poor. Pick-up and drop-off times were not clearly notified, and a no show fee was charged when the pick-up person arrived before 9am, while I was out for 5 minutes doing school drop-off. In addition, despite the website claiming that there are no hidden costs"
