I have been going to Belmont clinic for laser hair removal for almost 4 years now. I feel that the older management team was great, the new ladies don't provide professional service, they arent welcoming and don't greet at all. For face laser I get face (excluding forehead) and neck area( above first crevice)which is all covered as one service and the employees have been happily doing that and this is according to what I was told and been getting it done the same way for one year, in fact until last month and now the new ladie who did my appointment today refused to do so saying we don't cover that. I don't feel this is professional at all. If this is how it should be, it needs to be communicated well by all colleagues after it's same clinic with same sort of training being provided to all. I have few sessions left which unfortunately I need to complete as I can't change clinic halfway but I am not coming back here . Very disappointed.

I am extremely happy with my hair removal experience at LCAC and so glad I started this journey 2 years ago. The results have been amazing. No more waxing or epilating. I've gone from shaving my legs everyday in summer. Dealing with thick, black, scratchy regrowth like a blokes beard on my legs, to smooth hair free legs, bikini, underarms, and arms. I have been in maintenance for awhile now and only need a top up treatment maybe once or twice a year at most. Just when I notice any regrowth which is patchy and minimal these days as it just doesn't seem to grow back. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending LCAC if you've been thinking about laser hair removal.Thank you to Chris and her staff for taking care of me during my treatment.

Very kind and considerate! Booked in a treatment and the girls decided that due to a recent surgery, it would be safer to wait a bit longer. They didn't charge me anything and I felt like they put my health and safety above the money. Would highly recommend these guys and will definitely come back.

Started my full body laser hair removal journey with Laser Clinics Australia Carousel. I’ve Undertaken laser hair removal treatment for type 5 skin, I’ve had amazing results! I honestly believe I wouldn’t have achieved it without Lizzie, she’s an excellent therapist with great interpersonal skills and great attention to detail. I was very apprehensive at first ambit Diana from Carousel laser clinic managed to reassure me of the procedure and its safety. Her demeanour made me comfortable.
